I really respect Doctor Trikha. I trust him with my heart and health. He is kind, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. He never rushes when discussing your problems. He really cares about his patients and listens to you when you share how you are feeling. He's a good guy.

OMG. His office staff should all be replaced. I called to get my 86 yo mother an appointment to help get her on the right track with BP meds that Encompass Vision Park screwed up. I called, let them know exactly what insurance she had (medicare) and that we were willing to pay out of pocket, then switch to Kelsey Seybold after the first visit. They said that would be OK. The gal I scheduled the appointment 'checked' and said yes. A second gal who called a day later said the same. Then his nurse called me and accused me of trying to defraud Medicare and in less than 24 hours before the appointment the cancelled it, leaving my mom in the lurch over a holiday weekend where she needed refills on her meds which I was told the Dr. would be able to do. I then got a call from a FOURTH person who was so rude, I almost hung up on her. Then I got a call from a FIFTH person who was nice and tried to help, but told me she couldn't be seen by this doctor. DON'T WASTE SOMEONE'S TIME, calling them umpteen times, then at the last minute cancel an appointment less than 24 hours afterwards. If his staff is indictive of his care, I would RUN away. I picked him because of his 5 star rating, but his staff should be given 0 stars. Don't state you accept medicare plans if you really don't. Don't call someone five times and waste their time if you have no plans to see the patient.

Dr. Trikha is great. I didn’t feel rushed. He took his time to explain things to me, he has a great bedside manner, and I really feel like he cares about my well-being.

Because he is thorough and leaves time for me to ask questions. He explains everything that he is doing and suggesting for your treatment. He is proactive in ordering tests that will help with my treatment. He looks at me when he talks.
