Sitting in waiting area and came here to read reviews because getting the feeling this place isn’t about customer experience at all. One of front desk staff is rude and loud. The acoustics From the high ceiling and her loud voice ensures everyone will hear whatever is said at front desk. So much for patient privacy. Also the same receptionist was very rude and condescending to a senior who was using a walker. Walking out now because they insisted on a copay when I have a supplemental that has always covered copays. They said it wouldn’t work but they are just being lazy. It has worked at every provider I have used in the last 5 years. Just made my decision that much easier.

Best Urologist I've met. I bounced around looking for a Urologist who could figure out what was wrong with me. His many years of experience helped him to know immediately what was wrong and how to treat me. Boom done!

The worst front desk staff the lady on the right is very rude and disrespectful. Shame on those doctors having someone working at the front counter with low education
