I don't 'like' Dr Hoque, I loooove her (lol). Aside from being knowledgeable, she is very warm, patient, unpretentious...and speaks to you like a person. She actually listens to your issues and does not try to tell you what you are thinking or feeling. Because of that, I trust her diagnoses and any advice. I've been with Kelsey-Seybold for 20+ years and a patient of Dr Hoque for approximately 5 yrs. She has been the same since Day 1

I saw Dr Rumana Hoque when I could not see my normal primary care Phyician. She was able to work me in on short notice, listened closely to the problems I was having and prescribed required medication and recommended compression socks. She made sure I understood the course of action I need to follow going forward both verbally and written. I was very satisfied with the level of service she provided.

The doctor is great and nice person, Her staff still have opportunity for improvement and be more willing to help patients. The nurse tries to respond with medical related questions as if they were the doctor; this sometimes can create confusion with patients and they end up having to work more , like re check with the doctor anyway .
