Sachin Senan's Online Review Report Card

Dr C is my family of 4 doctor and we always get great care and support as needed. I need to get in for some blood work soon and it’s always quick and easy to get in.

Visit last week due to me relocating I had to find new doctors my nephrologist office referred me to Dr. Senan I have to say I love his bedside patient manners and the quality time spent gathering my health history

My husband and I had an appointment scheduled for our annual physicals. This appointment was schedule last year. We showed up on time. Neither desk attendant acknowledged us. We stood for 5min while they were on the phone. Then we sat 45min only to be informed from across the room that the doctor that we were supposed to see was not at that location today and they were completely booked at this location. “Someone was supposed to call you yesterday.” No one called yesterday and Myra let us sit in the waiting room for 45min before informing us. I asked to speak with the office manager only to be told she was not in today. They provided her extension to leave a message but of course, her mailbox is full. Myra was on either her personal phone or the desk phone talking casually with someone the entire time we were there. This office is extremely unprofessional and we will no longer be patients here.

Office staff is awful. We had an appointment for physicals booked a year ago. We arrived on time. Neither desk attendant acknowledged us for over 5min. We signed in finally and took our seat. We waited 45min before being informed by Myra that the doctor that we were scheduled to see was not at that location today and they were fully booked at this location. I asked to speak to the office manager and was told she was not there today. When I called the extension to leave a message her mailbox was full….. Myra was on either her personal phone or the desk phone the entire time we were there talking casually with someone. This office is very unprofessional and we will no longer be patients here

I’ve seen Dr. Senan for over 10 years as my primary care physician. Wouldn’t trust my health to anyone else.

Dr Sachin Senan is a world class Doctor. I and many of my friends consult him. He is very friendly, easy available and would always give genuine medical advise. The staff in his office are very cordial as well. I and my family highly recommend Dr Senan.

Excellent physician, when I started with Dr.C my diabetes was out of control. Had an A1C of 12.75. with the I have received from him and is excellent staff we are now controlling my diabetes. A1C of 6.0 today. I like to think of Dr. C as a friend, a great friend I have known for many years. His staff has always been quick with responses to phone calls or email requests and I have never had to wait more than just a few minutes after my appointment time.

Dr. C is an exceptionally intelligent and attentive physician. I honestly believe Dr C saved my father’s life. Dr. C is the physician of choice for my family and extended family.
