I do not know nor do I care what type of day Dr.Anada is having. It's absolutely no excuse for her rude, dismissive attitude. Maybe it's a lack of proper training, education or upbringing. When a physician is one on one with a patient that should be the time to listen to any and all concerns. It is not an opportunity for the physician to belittle the patient or make him/her feel incompetent. No one wants to go to the doctor but when we do we expect excellent care not to leave the visit in tears and feeling as if one has not done all that he/she can to improve their health.
