Read the reviews and you’ll see a consistent thread. Dr. Desai is a talented clinician with a fantastic bedside manner. Having worked in healthcare for my entire career I hold extremely high standards for the physicians who work with my wife and he exceeds them. He is extremely knowledgeable, explains well, and doesn’t mind questions. I also really appreciate that he seeks out additional guidance when he feels it’s necessary. His staff has been incredibly helpful and treat my wife with great empathy and genuine concern.

After a serious infection & hospital stay, I was treated for 60 + days by Dr. Desai, Shameran (who headed up my wound care treatment), and his entire staff, literally. 7 days/week for the first three weeks....so I got to know this group well and they are incredible. I truly feel they saved my life and I healed much faster than was anticipated. I contribute that to the amazing detail and time that is spent with each patient to fully evaluate and stay on top of all situations. I just can't say enough about this team. I feel like part of the family now (happy to not be seeing them for treatment anymore but wouldn't HESITATE to recommend or be there again if I ever needed to be).

Fantastic! I required 13 months of care from HCID, involving treatment from their entire staff. Beginning with the front office, infusion facility, wound specialists, to Dr Desai and his network of professionals, my confidence in managing my complex condition was never in doubt! I cannot recommend the HCID team with more enthusiasm.

I was sent to Dr. Desai post finger surgery. I had suffered a serious infection. The surgeon stated that he doubted that the finger could be saved; however, he felt that it deserved a chance. He referred me to Dr. Desai for treatment. With his great knowledge and skill, Dr. Desai was able to save my finger! I will be eternally grateful to him!
