Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Sarah are the absolute best doctors I've ever experienced! They actually listen to my children and myself. They genuinely care with all of their heart! My kids have been with Dr. Ahmed for 10 years now and I don't plan on changing anytime soon.

Mi hija es paciente del Dr. Ahmed, llame para hacerle una cita y como siempre nunca tienen como citas disponible pero te dicen que puedes ir sin cita y te hacen esperar como 2 horas y media o más, y las que trabajan allí son bien rudas, el día 8/25/22 fue sin cita porque mi niña de 7 años ya llevaba 2 días enferma de la tos y gripe y le dolía mucho su pecho el Dr. Ahmed llego a chequearla en menos de 5 mins y dijo que era algo viral nada más que ella está bien, mi hija tenía mucho dolor tuve que irme a mi casa hacerle remedios caseros, el dr. se tomó 3 horas y todavía no habían mandado la medicina a la farmacia porque el dr. estaba muy ocupado. La medicina no la mejoro la lleve otra vez el 8/29/22 el dr. Me hiso una cara como “tu otra vez” y las trabajadoras igual. Debes de cambiar el trato que le dan a las personas porque uno no les va a pedir nada el seguro médico les paga bien, pero es lo primero que piden cuando llegan, la dr. Sarah es un amor, no tengo queja de ella, pero son las mis trabajadoras del dr.Ahmed. Deberían de tratar mejor a los demás, alguien que me recomiende un pediatra bueno please

Staff in front desk are rude, unprofessional. They get everything messed up. My mom goes there and gets a referral that took days and she had to call and get the referral herself in person at the office. My sister as well goes here and my niece couldn’t even get her 1 year vaccinations on time.The doctors have no clue what’s going on in front desk area with their staff. And can lose a lot of patients because of this. I would not recommend this place to no one. I would also go here as a kid and hated it. Your appointment time is never your time maybe 30 minutes up to an hour after your initial time that you were supposed to be there. They also traumatized my brother in the Dentist area and made him cry and wet himself that led to him have an infection in one of his teeth and that caused his left side of his cheek to fully swell up. Please if you value patient care, safety and health do not come here.

My children have been seeing Dr.Ahmed for 10years! I loved him and we especially loved Dr. Sarah. She is the main reason why we stayed after the staff makes it hard. They are rude and take several days to get in touch with you unless you nag them. When I asked what immunizations they were administering to my infant they became annoyed that I asked and wanted information. They pick and choose days they want to wear masks and will argue with you if you confront them on not wearing them days prior. I’m severely disappointed in how our last appointment went and I cried knowing I’d need to look elsewhere. But I will never apologize for protecting my children and confronting hypocrisy. We will miss you Dr Sarah and you as well Dr Ahmed. Find new staff before you will lose loyal patients. 3 of them are no longer yours anymore.

I’ve brought my children here for the past 9 years I usually love this place but for the past few months every time I call and leave a voicemail no one returns my calls. After having to come in person to talk to someone I asked why wasn’t my call returned and all they can tell me is “sorry I don’t know I’m not the one that did the voicemails that day” which I understand that it’s probably not that one persons fault but someone need to get better about returning calls. I left a vm last Thursday and left another one on Tuesday. Had to go in on Wednesday to get a paper they said will be ready on Friday. I would love to continue to bring my children here but it gets frustrating when I get told this.
