My 2 year old had tubes placed at this facility. The staff was great; Everyone introduced themselves and explained their role in the care team. They told me exactly what to expect and answered any questions I had. It was a quick, easy, “enjoyable” experience. Thanks for the great care!

I can’t say enough positive things about the staff at Baylor Scott and White! Having surgery is always a little intimidating but the nurses, doctors, and everyone else made it such a great experience. Every step I was met with genuine people and it made it such a great experience. Some of the names I remember are nurses Shannon, Karen, Joe, and James. They made sure I was comfortable and They were all very comforting to me during the experience.

Baylor Scott and White was absolutely horrible!!!! They have very rudee staff and was not helpful at all!!! My son came there with fever and diarrhea for 3 days. They did CT scan and sent him away with nothing. He has Colitis and they wouldn't even prescribe anything for him to help him, but they sure wanted a payment!!! The front desk was very rude and treated him horribly!!! I would never recommend coming her again!!!!

Super frustrated with this facility regarding MRI's I am needing. Changing scheduled times & ridiculous amount of stalls on getting information needed to insurance company to get approval. I have had many imaging studies at other facilities over the years yet NEVER had this much issues! I wish I had never been referred there.

The staff makes you feel welcomed, and takes there time with you. I really was please at how they took care of my son in the emergency room. I live about a hour away but would come here if I ever needed anything.

Never been to a hospital where it takes 2 months to get an appointment for my 5 year old. Her teeth has bothered her for 2 months and they cancelled our appointment because she took a sip of my water before surgery. I wouldn't even call it a sip. Now we have to call and reschedule and probably wait another 2 months so my baby can finally get this surgery that she desperately needs. But it's not there problem now is it. I'm so frustrated with this hospital. What a waste of time. I took off work for this and everything.
