Bradley G. Hodge's Online Review Report Card

Unfortunately, I have experienced a number of challenging ailments and health issues over the past couple of years. But Dr. Hodge has been helpful and encouraging even when the treatments were not in his scope of practice as a family doctor and general practitioner. A few years ago, my PCP moved out of the area, and I thought I'd never find a doctor who could match his empathy and kindness and professionalism, but Dr. Hodge has all those qualities in abundance. I always recommend him to family and friends when I'm asked about providers in the area. His colleagues and other medical teammates are a good bunch too.

Dr Hodge has been our doctor for many years. He is kind and caring, along with Taylor his nurse. He is thorough and listens. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Hodge dismissed my husband and I after my husband called 2 days in advance to reschedule his physical. My husband rescheduled this appointment only because I was scheduled to see a specialist that he had referred me to. He states that he focuses on continuity of care and not episodic. It is the practice of this office to not only terminate one person but the entire family as well. No warning was given verbally or written. Instead a certified letter came dismissing both of us. When a patient and their family are dismissed, they also refuse to schedule with any other physician in the office. Very unprofessional!

Great doc asks lots of questions which I like

unresponsive office staff. My parents used dr hodge for years. When they had to relocate to an assisted living in another town dr. Hodge and staff became unresponsive to needed information, prescription request and general communication. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Hodge's demeanor is very professional & courteous, & he is thorough & careful in rendering his diagnosis. My husband went to see him for sniffles, but indications looked like congestive heart failure. We were referred to a cardiologist, where it was discovered my husband was in full heart failure. We give Dr. Hodge credit for initially finding a far bigger problem than we ever imagined, resulting in actually saving my Mike's life... We respect & appreciate him very much!

I felt that Dr Hodge was not paying attention to my condition. He had a very uncaring attitude.I felt that the billing office was rude and would not answer my questions. I presented all my insurance EOB's and what the insurance had paid and all I got was sorry we show you owe this much. I asked, who owned this facility. she got very rude and asked why I asked the question. I said I wanted to speak to he superior. I got a letter or release from the practice .My friend has the same experience.
