List of Charles H Richmond's Reviews
Dr Richmond was right on time! He efficiently discussed with me why I had come to the appointment and he was kind when telling me my condition has no cure.
Dr. Richmond has the best bedside manner. Listens to all concerns. He has done surgery on both of my children for Tonsills and Adenoids and has treated me for miscellaneous issues. Always very well taken care of. Highly trusted and recommended.
Always kind and gentle with my Grandkids
He is the best! Was amazing with my special needs son! Highly recommended!
So bad with communication !!!seems to be no one to reply or return the phone
I really liked Dr. Richmond. He explained everything clearly to me about removing my tonsils. He was very easy to talk too. I’ve only heard great things about him.
Richmond completed a basic lip tie for our infant and just butchered the job. (To the point I had to go somewhere else in the DFW area to fix it) The new doctor asked who did the original surgery because it was so bad and had scar tissue. (Was causing feeding issues.) Luckily it’s been fixed (not by Richmond), and my son hasn’t had further issues. Take my advice (and that of the DFW doctor), and DO NOT take your kids to Dr. Richmond. We followed everything exactly as he instructed (even when we questioned it) and it turns out, he has no idea what he’s doing. The best part is I’ve asked for a call back for months for the remainder of our balance ($60 on $1600) seeing as I had to spend $400 out of pocket outside of insurance for another doctor to do what Richmond could not (and repair the damage Richmond actually caused), yet they cannot even do that. I guess they realize they gave poor service and can’t own up to it, so they’ll avoid the patient like the plague, yet continue to bill. I’ll gladly pay that last $60….once someone feels compelled to offer up a phone call, but that may be too much of an ask from [Mr] Richmond’s office.
Dr. Richmond is a very caring doctor and really acted fast on my situation! I would and will recommend him to who ever needs an ENT.
I took my youngest child to see Dr. Richmond for evaluation of a possible tongue tie. I had been having difficulty nursing and Dr. Richmond came highly recommended. He was beyond wonderful, his bedside manner was outstanding and he made me feel as if my newborn baby was his most important patient. After correcting the tongue tie, my baby was able to nurse so much better! Dr. Richmond and his office staff were so comforting and informative during our visit. I would definitely recommend Dr. Richmond! 10/10 Stars!
I’ve had a lifelong struggle with chronic tonsillitis, tonsil stones, difficulty swallowing, and snoring. I’ve always been told that I needed my tonsils removed. I’ve heard horror stories my entire adult like about how terribly painful it would be. Dr. Richmond told it like it is. He informed me of the benefits of having my tonsils removed, the possible complications, and was sure to answer any questions that I had. I never felt rushed in his office or pressured in anyway to sign up for surgery. I’m now six months post-op from having my tonsillectomy and couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Richmond is seriously the man that I’d want to take care of my loved ones of the need arises.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
