Home Hospice Of Grayson County's Online Review Report Card

I was on the fence of who to pick and I ended up choosing Home Hospice Of Grayson County to take care for the love of my life. I'm very thankful I did. Debbie was our primary caregiver and she was so kind and funny and down to earth and most importantly, compassionate. I truly couldn't have asked for better results from a company.

Home Hospice of Grsyson County took care of my husband for about the past 6 months and I do not have one negative remark to say about anyone who had a part in any way of taking care of him. I will name the ones we had almost daily interactions with and each of them were exceptional. Nurses were Vickie Putman, Toni, Debbie, Al, and April CNA'S WereCrystal and Rachel and Renee the social worker. All of these people were nothing short of perfect.

This was my first experience with Hospice and I can not say enough good things about Home hospice of Grayson county. This organization cared for my father while he was in a care facility. The level of care and the compassion from the entire staff was more that I could have ever expected.Caring for my fathers needs and being an extra set of eyes was invaluable to our family. My father was always treated with dignity and respect .The care team was so compassionate not only to my father but to my mother and all our family. They were always available to talk and answer any questions or just to offer support. Mike was my fathers main nurse , and along with Toni , April and many other great staff members went above and beyond to help guide our family on the journey of losing a loved one. We will be forever grateful.

It takes a very special kind of person to care for the dying. The staff at Home Hospice of Grayson absolutely exemplify what it means to be that type of person. They cared for my father while he was in a nursing care facility. They came several times a week to bath him, shave him, check his meds, oversee his total care and most importantly, they allowed him to live his last days with comfort, care and dignity. Mike developed quite a special bond with both of my parents and Toni gave incredibly wise counsel in the end that I personally will be forever grateful for. There were other staff members I never met (since I live in Florida), but from what my family said, they also gave “above and beyond”! Thank you Home Hospice for the work you do that makes saying goodbye to our loved ones just a little easier.

Home Hospice of Grayson County is a wonderful, caring organization. If you want/need a team of professionals to assist in the care of a loved one these are your people. I can't recommend them enough!

Hopefully you will never need to wonder which Hospice organization is best for you or your loved one, but if you do, you will be treated like family by Home Hospice of Grayson County.My sister is receiving the type of care you would want for yourself and I couldn't be happier with all aspects of it. All of the people from the receptionists to the nurses to the afterhours folks who answer the phone 24/7 are professional caring individuals.I wouldn't go anywhere else.And this is a non-profit so if you wish to honor or remember a loved one, a donation to Home Hospice of Grayson County goes a long way in helping families who live here.I hope you never need them.

These people cared for our family member like she was one of thier own family members and supporting us as care gives as well. I would recommend them to anyone. This is truely an exceptional organization!

The BEST in the WEST, North, East or South...these ladies took care of my husband for about 6+ months, 3 years ago!!! To this day, they are still in touch with me!!! Like so many of you have posted, THEY ARE FAMILY...not just care givers, they not only care for the Patient but the entire family!!! Thank you ladies for your Dedication for OUR loved ones!!! Just know I can never repay or will I ever forget what you did for my VET, me & our children!!! Remembering me @ the Holidays & more!!! This is absolutely the best Hospice. They treated us like family and took such good care of my mom. They also were great to talk to my Dad and help him thru this time of losing his wife of 73 years. I would recommend them over all others if you ever have a need.
