1st visit at this facility. In and out quickly including procedure. Dr Helm had good bedside manner, pleasant office and nursing staff. Dr Helm seemed confident and caring, ready to answer any questions. I would recommend.

I waited for 45 minutes in waiting room. It emptied and I was left. Went to desk and somehow I had gotten placed in “another stack of papers” or something. Once I complained I was put into a room within 5 minutes and the RN/MA had my RXs etc into the electronic system. Then I had to wait about 10 minutes for Dr Helm. He apologized quickly looked at my concern, asked me if I wanted a scare and when I said “yes” he left and came back later. Again he apologized for the delay. He did a great job - was very thorough and listened to each concern.
