I have never seen Dr. Aina, just the nurse. I am very softspoken with major depressive disorder and she has always seemed cold to me, but after a year or so now it has reached the point to being treated in a way that has been very disrespectful and unprofessional. In one short appointment, I was blamed for insurance problems, patronized, criticized, then told they did not want to treat me, well they will get their wish. I am willing to improve as a patient, but cannot do so with someone who has displayed this much unwillingness to work with me in the first place. All I can say is be careful no one deserves to be seen like a problem especially by a medical professional.

This doctor Aina is literally a life saver. He treats addiction like the disease it is. Dr Aina listens and will try to make you comfortable and will ALWAYS be honest and fair. If you need help with opiate addiction and are REALLY READY to quit, this man can help you find your way back to happiness! 😊

I had bad anxiety and depression for ten years and it was getting worst by the day. The antidepressants were not good for me. I always had real bad side effects. I was scared to go to a psychiatrist, but when I saw that Dr. Aina practiced functional medicine I decided to give it a try. In my first visit after discussing my mental health and some questionnaires we decided to go with vitamins and supplements because I do so bad on traditional medicine. After two weeks on his recommendations I started to notice a big difference in my health. Today after two months, I am back to my normal self. Dr. Aina gave me my life back! It was so simple yet no other doctor could help me out like he did.

These people down right will let you go through withdraws from your medicine in the middle of a pandemic. They want you to pay a copay or you can’t be seen. They don’t do their jobs properly so your copays add up over time, without you knowing you even owe anything. Then they address it in the middle of a pandemic. Knowing people don’t have jobs rn. IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL TO DO WHAT THEY HAVE PUT ME THROUGH. Not only that, their medicine DOES NOT WORK. These doctors don’t listen to you. Refuse to see you if you can’t pay right then. When there was plenty of money prior to the pandemic when i could pay, but was not asked to, so I believed I didn’t owe anything. They don’t answer their phones. If you leave a message regarding your medicine refill or the pharmacy does, they dismiss it until you’re seen next, causing withdraw every three months because they can’t do the math properly based around your medication refills. I wouldn’t send anyone there because for the last year, I’ve been talking to someone who’s confused and can barely understand what I’m saying and I can barely understand them. It’s like this place wants you to lose your marbles. It’s insane the way this office operates.

Me and mom both see Joyce and she's amazing. She doesn't rush you and thoroughly listens to everything you have to say. We recommend her to many people and she's well worth it, it's hard to find people like that nowadays. Doctor Aina is also very professional and takes very good care of his business and staff. If you ever have any concerns they will listen to and help you in every way they can. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Aina is a highly skilled professional who is personable and knowledgeable in his field. Together we have found a medicine regimen for me that has transformed my mind & life. I highly recommend Dr. Aina.

A lot of paperwork to fill out but it is necessary. The staff were efficient and helpful. The doctor is thorough and good so far.

I seen Dr Aina for 4y and all the time i was having to apologize to the lady up front cause she was big baby. I wasnt rude just matter of fact. He changes ur plan and meds almost every month. I was glad I switched dr.s

This is a wonderful place. I called and got in to see a physician quickly. All of my concerns were addressed and I was given a chance to vent in a safe environment. Very wonderful people.
