I have read over these reviews and they are just shocking! Obviously the people writing these reviews have never had to wait in Lubbock or at the ER like I have. Slaton is very lucky to have a clinic like this with such an EXCELLENT staff that go above and beyond with mine and my families needs. To walk in the clinic and see Hayli’s smiling face makes me feel welcome every time and is very well versed in her job. Then Lolly and Kathy, I couldn’t ask for better nurses. They are both so compassionate and never make me feel rushed. Then there is Mackenzie who is AMAZING!!! She makes sure to take her time and take care of all of my needs. Mackenzie has such an awesome way of making me feel so comfortable while I am here and I couldn’t ask for better people to take care of my family and I. This clinic is OVERALL the best clinic.

I waited an hour and a half to not be seen. I had an appointment but was still not seen. All anybody wants is to be seen near their appointment time. I will never go back. The staff is rude but the doctor/PA is a lovely and caring person.

Where to start....The lady at the front desk is rude i think her name is Haylie. If your appointment is at a certain time you wait about 45 minutes befor they call you back. As we waited to be seen there was a man who walked in and i guess they new him because the lady at the desk was loud in giving him the greeting she's supposed to give every person when they walk in! Well she told him to go to the back that the other lady could see him in a quiet voice might I add......so we wait and wait till the man she let go back there paid and then left! He just walked in didnt even have an appointment. So 15 minutes later they call us back, i guess the "nurse" if you want to call her that, was rude! Her badge said lolly mendez. So anyways we are in the waiting room and all we could hear is the "Dr" and i guess "the staff" talking loudly for like 15 min. before they come in. There was no people that they were attending so why were they taking forever?! We will not be coming back to this clinic! And the Dr wasn't Mckenzie she was out sick the lady at the front told the man she let go to the back in a "quiet voice" that she has been sick for almost a week. Wasn't quiet enough! For this kind of service we will drive the extra miles to go to lubbock!!

I have been here before and nothing like this. Wait times are horrible. I came in earlier with no appointment waited over an hour. I decided maybe if I made appointment it might be better.. NOPE! We are now on another 20 minutes. I wanted someone in smaller office but next time I will def head to Lubbock.
