I am a lifelong asthma sufferer. I normally treat my chronic asthma with the usual inhalers, albuterol treatments, etc. Sometimes it gets so bad that i occasionally need a steroid shot/pills to get the relief that I need. I tried to make a simple appointment today to get the treatment that I need. I have been down this road many times. I know my asthma symptoms. I know my body. I unfortunately couldn't do that because the CDC decides to tie everyone's hands behind their backs. I was told that I needed to go through a virtual appointment with a physician so that THEY can determine if it is too much risk for me to get the treatment(in office visit) that I need as if somehow can determine that over the phone. Every illness in the book has relative symptoms to Covid. WHEN are the medical facilities going to fight back?!? You're going to follow their guidelines and yet they will shut you down this Fall regardless. The seeds are already being planted. Welcome to the world where healthy people are considered sick with Covid 24/7 - 365 days a year. Absolute insanity.

DR. BLANKENSHIP IS A NUMBER ONE DOCTOR IN MY BOOK, I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS ABOUT HER. SHE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND CARING. I AM ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO HATE TO GO TO THE DOCTOR , BUT EVERYTIME I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER I LEAVE SATISFIED AND GLAD THAT I WENT. I TRUST HER DECISIONS ABOUT MY HEALTH CARE BECAUSE SHE IS STRICT WITH HERSELF WHEN MAKING THOSE DECISIONS. HATS OFF TO THE STAFF ALSO BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND MAKES YOU FEEL WELCOME.

My 3/16 visit with Ms. Blankenship, as with every previous visit, was very positive. Olivia has a great ability to connect with the patient, and her extensive medical knowledge--and ability to communicate that--is very comforting to me. I'm delighted to be a part of her practice!

Dr. Blankenship and her staff are remarkable. Fast, friendly and helpful. Called to check on me to make sure I was getting better and when I wasn’t prescribed me new medication. This is the reason my family and I continue to stay on as patients.
