I have been going to the new facility on Gulf Freeway since it opened in September 2018. It is a wonderful facility. All of the people I have encountered have been friendly, professional, kind and caring.

Don't see Dr. Hassan. Firstly, when a doctor refuses to give you a life saving medication vs saving your hands from nephropathy there is a problem. I prefer my hands over my life thanks! Second, if they can't look you in the face to tell you bad news and not disclose every piece of information there is an even bigger issue. She refused to put me on a second chemo and instead put me on maintenance dose that cause the cancer to spread to my bones. Which could have been completely avoided had she started the standard second line of therapy.

Never have I had such outstanding healthcare professionals than at the two MD Anderson facilities I was privileged to have been treated. I always felt respected and that I was everyone's priority at that point in time. I feel confident that my experience greatly contributed to my recovery.

Everyone has been so kind and helpful. I am amazed at all of the time and effort the Doctors, schedulers, nurses, and staff give to us, to listen to us, to help us understand and to make out appointments as convenient as possible.

Please get a golf cart driver to pick up patients and their family from parking lot to facility and back.

I thought when relocating to a larger, newer facility they would improve there wait time in the ATC area. Apparently not, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous even if you have an appointment and arrive early. For some reason they are unable to improve in this area. A cancer patient did not ask for this illness and the smallest things that can make the process of fighting the disease better is greatly appreciated. MD Anderson League City come up with something already, your two plus hour wait times are getting very annoying.

Sent here by my doctor for Hematologist. My yearly blood work had"artifact" abnormality or something. Lab work cost 60.00 at my doctor's office. MD Anderson's Lab cost me 1,200! That's not including the Doctor's bill which was 450$ an hour. Don't go here for convince, Drive somewhere else for simple blood work PEOPLE. They are theifs!!!!!
