I was scheduled for an initial evaluation, only to have it cancelled day of, due to a staffing issue. Unfortunately, I didn't get their messages to reschedule, because the phone didn't ring and just went to voice mail. I showed up at 6:00pm for my visits and they said they tried to call me to cancel my initial evaluation and visit. Then I was asked if I would like to reschedule. I was very disappointed as a new customer to be cancelled same dat. However, I spoke with the regional manager who was extremely apologetic and so I have opted to try again with this location. I will update my review and my rating after my evaluation tomorrow.

Ginamar is the best trainer. She spent some time to really understand and partner with my daughter to put an actionable plan together with a frustrating injury that has been slow to heal. Great staff at Southlake location all around.

Stephen is the man! I went to this facility for my rehab for an achilles rupture repair. If you have never ruptured an achilles before, it can be a very frustrating and painful recovery. Stephen was top-notch, extremely knowledgeable and honest through the whole process. He was a tremendous help in my recovery. Trying to strengthen your calf and teaching your foot to walk again is a crazy experience and Stephen was fantastic at guiding me through this. With his assistance, I was able to walk, take yoga, life weights, lightly jog and perform all my pre-injury activities by the 10-12 week post surgery mark! If you are looking for a place for rehab/PT.. do not hesitate, go to Athletico and ask for Stephen.

Ginamar Galvan is beyond amazing in her approach and expertise. She goes the extra mile in providing helpful resources and customizing her treatment plan. Her expertise has truly made a lasting difference, and she shows genuine care and listens intently. I highly recommend Ginamar and have been very impressed with Athletico.
