I live a few minutes from here and they always take care of me for my one to two times a year sinus problems. I always get the meds I need and they listen and really seem to care. They are also always very nice at the front desk also.

Community Med's main billing office is one of the worst/disorganized I've ever personally dealt with and that is the sole reason why they will never get a dollar from me again AND it is the reason why I go out of my way to tell everyone never to visit one of their facilities in Texas -for whatever reason. Many other similar and geographically local alternatives. A family member visited their office and was billed for the visit almost a year later --what ineptness to the nth degree. They tried to explain their pathetic slow billing as if I give a rats ass about their gross incompetence. Money has never been, nor will ever be an issue for me, customer experience drives my wallet, however - Community Med you are FIRED. There exists an inordinate number of other urgent care centers in Texas. I suggest you avoid Community Med unless you relish in billing surprises months and months and months later after you stupidly visit them. What a bunch of jackasses. PS. The dollar amount of the bill was minimal and not the issue at all. Incompetence is. Of course, this is just my opinion and my experience, but I have a very loud mouth, and lost revenue because of bad public relations can be very very expensive. That lost revenue can never be calculated. I suggest the shareholders terminate or outsource their entire billing crew and encourage them to apply at Mc Donald's.
