Complete Care Southlake's Online Review Report Card

Was disappointed at my last visit. This is my nearest emergency center. I had severe left chest pain, even crying in the reception. Understandably info needs to be filled but when someone is in that much pain why not attend to them and have them sign later? My brother had to sign my forms and I could barely articulate what he should write. As he asks the receptionist to tell them to attend to me she casually says well that’s not me that’s them they’ll call you soon enough. I finally have the nurse come in but no blood pressure, oxygen levels checked. The doctor Nathan then orders cardiac enzyme tests given cardiac history which was clear but he did not push any further to find the cause. No chest ct or d dimer as I’d had before by a dr Colyer who was rather caring and all he could to help. I left this facility in the same amount of pain with muscle relaxer prescribed even though the exact diagnosis or an in long was nowhere to be found was simply told that’s all he could do. It was a scary night prior but even scarier knowing I’m paying for too care and leaving in the same amount of pain wondering if I’ll last the night. When I asked questions it seemed as if I was putting the dr down yet I just needed some form of care and relief.

Had a tough time. Did not receive much help. Had gone here since I was attended to quickly the last time but the doctor seemed to have limited knowledge and didn’t seem to be all the way there/trying with resources available. Maybe they should list what they cannot do so that people like me with internal emergencies can make a better calculated decision

As always, top notch care. 7 stitches and home within an hour. No crowds and a peaceful atmosphere.

I had a bit of a scare and needed to get to the ER but did not want to wait for hours to be seen. Everyone there, including receptionist, lab tech, nurse and doctor were so thorough, professional and friendly! Thank you Dr. Hart! I will definitely go back. What a pleasant experience!

My 3 year old grand daughter fell and hurt her arm. We took her to Complete Care in Southlake and they were awesome. We were in and out in less than 2 hours, including X-rays and a radiologist report. The staff was extremely friendly and were great dealing with an upset toddler.

Don’t hesitate to receive medical care at Complete Care. My experiences have been completely positive for myself and my family. They actually care about you and health.

Absolutely best care and team. Been here 3 times since moving from CA one year ago. The care, the knowledge, the follow up... blown away with how well they take care of people.
