List of Coolsculpting Of Southlake's Reviews
I had cool sculpting for my chin and love handles done a few months ago and am happy with the results! Office was inviting, booking was easy, and the team was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Wanted to try coolsculpting for my lower stomach and love handles. So glad I went with this office!! Pricing couldn’t be beat, they were super friendly & online booking was great. 10/10!!
Absolutely do not recommend. My husband was sold a Coolsculpting treatment with the belief he would notice a difference. Nothing happened. We had gone to another clinic, where they had recommended him to first lose weight. After going to see Rebecca, and seeing no results, we went to our dermatologist, his words "we can take your money and you see no results: or you lose weight first and may see some results". This is a business, Rebecca is interested in doing business and not your results. Do not fall for this.
RUN FROM THIS PLACE! Rebecca/Becky is an apathetic technician who makes shoddy decisions at best. I bought a coolsculpting package, consisting of three sessions, from her a little while back. At the third session, I explained that I was not seeing the results I was hoping for. Becky quickly put one applicator on the same spot she had been treating during the other 2 sessions and then put the other applicator on my other thigh in a completely different place. I kind of questioned her and was hesitant about what she was doing. She reassured me it was okay. WELL IT WAS DEF NOT OKAY! My inner thighs were not symmetrical whatsoever anymore following that third session. I waited the appropriate amount of time after the session "to see how my thigh would change" (as she recommended I do) and returned to discuss the outcome. She brought me back to the room and humored me. She let me show her how different my right inner thigh was from my left inner thigh. I explained to her that I came to her for a minor correction and now I have a larger problem, that she created. The original reason I came to her WAS NOT FIXED and in addition, she now created a separate problem for me. I felt helpless and completely conned. Long story short, I ended up going to North Texas Plastic Surgery, down the street. I had to purchase 3,000 worth of Sculptra injections to try and correct the mistake Becky made. My inner thigh is looking somewhat better after almost a year of making costly corrections. Recently I had to also purchase Renuva, to help in correcting what Becky did to me. Renuva is not cheap. Coolsculpting of Southlake is a complete waste of money and time. They have TWO MACHINES TOTAL and the head technician, Becky, partially knows how to use them. How is this medspa still functioning? I cannot believe this "shop" can take thousands of dollars from people and provide terrible results. I am not talking about getting "no results" - I am saying you walk out worse than you walk in. Pathetic. I understand coolsculpting and emsculpt are somewhat of a gamble, meaning results take time and are not a day and night difference by any means. However, Becky chose to place the applicator in a no-no area. Like I said, I ended up going to North Plastic Surgery. Here is where I met Charity. Charity trained Becky before she left Coolsculpting of Southlake to take a position at North Texas Plastic Surgery. When Charity looked at what Becky had done, she was appalled that Becky would apply the applicator in a completely different way on one leg than the other. Lastly, I should mention that my entire situation was presented to the doctor/owner of Coolsculpting of Southlake. The doctor agreed to reimburse me 800.00 for the one coolsculpting session that COMPLETELY ruined/changed my right thigh. In retrospect, I should have asked to be reimbursed all 3,000 because I needed every last cent and then some to undo the SHODDY MISTAKE this unskilled Wisconsin divorcee made. Becky- try a different profession. I hear Bucee's is hiring. In fact, this entire place should be shut down.
I tried Emsculpt and while it is something I plan to continue elsewhere, I felt a bit cheated by coolsculpting of southlake. First, it makes me very uncomfortable when I am spending over $1000 that I am asked to tip between 15-25%. I had no idea what to do and ended up doing 10% which was $250. I was pretty sick to my stomach as I don't wave money around this freely. I guess I learned an expensive lesson but I honestly think they should have said something- I know this sounds naive but I still have a bad taste in my mouth given that no one tips $250 for hooking up a machine and leaving for 30 minutes. Coolsculpting of Southlake lost quite a bit of revenue since I treated other areas elsewhere and will continue to keep this up every 6 months.
Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication although it was extremely clear in the consultation what my price range was but maybe to make a sale it was agreed to(?). Several thousand dollars and one treatment (my understanding was 2 treatments)-No results accomplished. No success, feeling scammed and foolish, I wont be going back.
My experience at Coolsculpting of Southlake was amazing! Charity is great and very knowledgeable! I would recommend that anyone who is interested in Coolsculpting go to Coolsculpting of Southlake!
This office is beyond friendly. The actual office is your standard doctors office. However, Charity, the technician that performs the cool sculpting and emsculpt is amazing!!! She is so knowledgeable, so friendly and fabulous at her job!!! My results are amazing!!! Charity is honest and helpful to suggest what I can do to improve my overall physique.
Charity is awesome! I got my first treatment and she made me feel very comfortable and checked in on me to see how I was doing. For anyone interested in doing their first treatment for me it was a bit painful, throughout the day my abdomen was swollen and in pain but by the second day you don't feel it but will still be a bit swollen. I'm so excited to see results it is totally worth it!
This is a great place to do the CoolSculpting procedure if you need to lose some stubborn fat that diet and exercise alone would not fix! Charity is amazing and will answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable with the procedure. She is very honest so you will feel you are getting accurate information about CoolSculpting to decide if it is the right procedure for you instead of feeling like your just getting a standard sales pitch.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
