The lady at the front desk who checked me in was not very helpful. My xray was not sent by Touchstone imaging and never once did she made an effort to reach out to them. Dr Tran was able to reach out to Touchstone and have my X-ray emailed immediately. The paperwork process was very time consuming. I filled out everything online 2 days in advance and sat with a nurse for 45 mins going over everything I had already completed. When I mentioned this to the nurse, she said she understands it is repetitive but that's the process. Totally unnecessary and took about an 1 hr to visit with Dr. Tran.

Dr. Tran seemed thorough and interested in my experience with my back pain. She was informative and answered every question. I trusted that she was experienced and knowledgeable, even though she seemed so young. I trusted her. I could tell she believed I needed back surgery, but she respected my desire to try to avoid it.

Dr Tran is very kind and caring. She explained everything she was going to do, why she was doing it and what effect I may feel.Dr Tran answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I highly recommend this highly professional and caring doctor.

When I started here I was pleased with Dr Tran. I believe she’s a great dr but I never see her anymore. I try to communicate via portal but never get answers. It’s frustrating.

When I first went to Dr Tran I was on immense pain. Now I walk at least 15 miles a week, able to travel & enjoy life. This is all because of Dr Tran & her exceptional care.

The whole team at Spine Texas was very friendly. Dr. Tran reviewed several plan options and made recommendations and then made a some recommendation for medications and we will hopefully get control of my issues.
