Dr Straface’s office is constantly rotating staff and my experience over the years has been up and down. The level of care and service depends on her mood. She is unpredictable… I once was given an extra injection of something in my chin which I didn’t agree to beforehand and was charged $80 for it. Once she told me she couldn’t believe that someone would keep their appointment if they are sick; then she asks me to bring my sick son with me to my appointment when I call to reschedule. As a working mom with 3 young kids, I have had to reschedule an appointment more than once and have missed an appointment before (charged $75 fee for missing my 10 min Botox appt) which I understand is frustrating to the office. However, Dr Straface handles these situations poorly and unprofessionally. Look elsewhere!

Dealing with Dr. Strafface and her employees has been nothing but a nightmare for one calendar year. This clinic is a hot mess. Getting scripts refilled is so painful I decided that it was not worth the effort and had to change my Dr. It's a shame because they had good reviews.

Dr. Straface Is exceptional. I’ve been skeptical about getting on any weight lost medication but my consultation appointment was amazing. She’s so detailed, broke everything down for me, including my weight, body fat, body muscle etc. Rude awakening - but she had so much compassion and empathy. She just wants everyone to win and feel good. I also had to bring my daughter along to my appointment and the front desk nurses/receptionist was all so sweet. They interacted with my daughter, offered her water. My toddler is also a wheel chair user and Dr. Straface practice was deff Ada accessible. So many little details that no one would really pay attention too. Would highly recommend everyone to go see her. Also she listens to your concerns and doesn’t rush you out the door. Pretty sure my consultation was only suppose to be 30 mins. She saw me for an hour and 30.

The physician take quality time with her patients and listens to their concerns. She looked over my results that had from a prior location and explained what they meant and ways to help improve my results. Everyone at this location was nice and easy to talk to or ask question to.

I love Dr. Straface and have had amazing results with everything she has suggested. She does the best Botox I have ever had and I’ve lost over 50 lbs on the GLP-1 shot with almost zero side effects! Highly recommend for all of your injectables, weight loss, hormone and almost anything else you can think of!

Dr. Straface has been injecting for 22 years! Right now she’s running Xeomin special. 65 units for the price of 40 units. Go see her! 💕

Dr. Strauss is incredible at her craft! Absolutely the best injectables I’ve ever had - very well placed, Artistically and strategically placed and took years off of my look. I’ll be back soon and scale one to 10 I gave her 20!
