If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars, I absolutely would!!This place is completely UNPROFESSIONAL.First experience, they cancelled my appointment and closed with no notification prior to my appointment, after I drove 40 mins to get there.Second experience for rescheduled appointment, their staff did not have the capacity to tell me where their office was located, and had an attitude when I had to call back multiple times bc they just couldn't be CLEAR, that's it's actually located INSIDE the Spine Team Center. So after driving around 20 mins, I was 15 mins late for my appointment.And THEN they made me wait almost 2hours before FINALLY telling me that my insurance wouldn't cover this proceedure, when they had 4 weeks in advance to get this approved! And they couldn't tell me how much it was out of pocket bc I would need to reschedule for that, AND bc the Doctor had already gone home for the day....at 1pm on a MONDAY.NOPE, I'm giving my money to a PROFESSIONAL facility and not this trainwreck. BUYER BEWARE!!

I have had three appointments at HeartPlace in three years. The staff is always very friendly and responsive. When I first met the cardiologist, among his first words were, "How can I help you?" Subsequent visits have been wonderful. I have to go on the treadmill and the cardiologist is always right there chatting with me and doesn't leave it to a technician. The best cardiology practice I've ever experienced.

Worst experience ever with staff member up front on multiple occasions, they are Literally incompetent of scheduling appointments correctly, horrible display of patient care & customer service which is a shame cuz the Drs are great. Get your crap together!

I wanted to find out what my portion of an ECHOCARDIOGRAM was going to be, and it was the 2nd time trying to find out, since no one returned my first call. The woman on the phone ( receptionist) started rattling off codes, that I, ME, WOULD HAVE TO CALL and find out what my portion was! Isn't that YOUR JOB??? I will find myself another cardiologist office that doesn't MIND DOING THEIR JOB!! I have NEVER heard of this before, and I see 4 other doctors for other things, my 2boys have doctors, and NOT ONE of those offices tell you you must call YOURSELF and figure out what your portion will be for a procedure!! How ridiculous! I'll get myself an office that doesn't have such LAZY office workers!! So, if you have the time, which I don't, or if you FEEL LIKE IT, WHICH I DO NOT, go for it...go to HEARTPLACE SOUTHLAKE and do your own insurance calls.....what a joke! See Ya! I'm moving on to a better office! One that I feel WILL CARE about my health, and not stress me out MORE!!!....OH!!!....and I forgot to mention, on my FIRST VISIT, when they ORIGINALLY were going to do my echocardiogram right after my office visit, they told me to wait in the room, that the tech would be with me in about 10-15 minutes, okay, no problem! Well, it BECAME A PROBLEM after I sat there for 55 minutes, and I had to get my son at school in 20 minutes...so there was NO WAY I was going to be able to get the echo done that day! What a WASTE of MY TIME! I didn't even get an apology!! This office LACKS BIG TIME, so if you don't value YOUR OWN TIME, go ahead, go here, but they don't care about your time! IMHO
