Love this spa! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming! Love my Girl Nyssa for the best facials!
Such a wonderful place! So excited I found it
Had an awesome experience at Hidden Door. Their new-client prices/promotions for Botox were great, and all of the employees were super helpful. I can't wait to go back to try out their hydrafacials
I don’t write reviews often, but I really appreciate the service I receive here from Melissa and Alicia. In particular, I am grateful for the level of professionalism— they are dedicated to what they do and extremely knowledgeable about treatments, including risks. Melissa is truly an artist at what she does, and Alicia’s advice helped heal my skin issues when multiple dermatologists could not. Two more important points: 1) these practitioners celebrate beauty in all its forms. There is no single recommended treatment or regimen, nor do they point out flaws; they are more interested in your own goals and helping you meet them. 2) they do not push extra treatments or products, nor do they only recommend the most expensive options. Truly a lovely place all around!
Continuing from my recently edited review on 7/2/24: Then she said that I could be seeing the lines because I'm sleeping on my left side (because SHE noticed her "11's" being more pronounced when she slept on her left side). Not once did she ask which side I sleep on (it's not my left!), so it frustrated me that she felt okay to make that assumption. She kept insisting that the line isn't visible, AS I WAS POINTING IT OUT TO HER WHILE HOLDING A MIRROR! She then leaned back against one of the counters and said I had 2 options. First, she said there wasn't anything she could do and that I just had to let it be. Then she said I could spend money to buy additional units to inject, but she didn't seem like she was interested in truly helping me figure out a reasonable solution to an issue that was created by a service from their medspa. I left feeling like I'd wasted my time (and lunch hour), was pretty much dismissed and made to feel unheard. Ironically, if I had actually felt like she was hearing what I had repeatedly tried to convey and suggested that the issue might be resolved with the purchase of a few additional units I would have gladly paid for it. Instead, she tried to make me feel like my concerns were not valid and then showed absolutely ZERO concern that I was leaving their facility more frustrated and without a solution. They (including the ladies at the reception area) seemed more concerned about getting out of there since they will be closed for the rest of the week for the July 4th holiday. Maybe other clients have just had the good fortune of having better experiences and better people to provide their services to them. This just doesn't happen to be the case for me. Obviously, this isn't the right medspa for me or for my needs/concerns.
Hidden Door Med Spa is a wonderful place for facials and other pampering services! The ladies are knowledgeable about products and services that meet your specific needs.
I never post bad reviews, but time like this to myself is so rare and this was so dissapointing. Genuinely the worst facial I have had, and I’ve been to alot of different spas. Much of this was the environment. Harsh overhead can lights left on for the entire treatment. Loud music that was like weird electronic dance, but not loud enough to drown out all the loud noises of people talking around on either side. As for the treatment itself, it was supposed to be 50 min, and it started at 10 min after then ended at 10 till. So 40 min. There was no steam or any type of special treatment done. Honestly just cleansing, a masque and serum and then a roller across the face. I could have done it myself at home. And blue rubber gloves worn the whole time and during the neck massage which meant squeaky not feeling good massage. I exited the room and waited for either the esthetician or the front desk staff to ask how my service was (which is the standard spa exit protocol) so I could politely say, not great. But no one asked me. Would not go back there.
Had a birthday facial done yesterday with Lera and it was amazing. She put me to sleep 🥹😅 can't wait to come back!
I have been using this spa for five years! The staff are fantastic, pricing is good and they give many opportunities to get services and product at discounts through online specials. I have had multiple services and not once was I dissatisfied. I see Kristin for my facials and lazer, and Amy for injectables. The staff are educated on latest cosmetic procedures and there is always a nurse practitioner available to answer medical questions. I highly recommend this spa, I have sent several family members and friends to them as well.
Alicia and Kessia (so sorry if that’s not correct) were absolutely amazing! Highly recommend. Alicia was really knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable not knowing which facial to get right before my wedding! Kessia was my masseuse and was SO good!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
