Absolutely the most passionate, the most caring, the most knowledgeable and the most brilliant pain management specialist in the world. Dr. Syed Ali has an excellent bedside manner. He loves his patients. He will never ever rush you. He will listen to each and every issue you have, ask follow up questions, check everything thoroughly and make sure you are fully satisfied. He will answer all your questions very patiently. Dr. Ali truly believes in taking the very best care of his patients. Thank you for everything Dr. Ali You are the best. God bless you Sir and your family. Dr. Ali's staff is also very polite, caring and professional.

I had horrible experience with Dr. Ali. I do have Fibromyalgia and Ortho Artrites. Every time I had any procedure my pain level got even worse. I am 60 years old and was looked by Dr. Ali as I would be a drug addicted because my need of pain medicine. Shame! He was more interested in make procedures and the type of medication I was taken than to solve my pain problem . No empathy at all. Would not recommend to anybody.

I was referred to Dr. Ali by my primary care Dr. after seeing Mri & CT dcan of back . Took a hard fall on hard floor on my hips , 2 fractured vertabraes . Dr Ali recommmend the baloon kyplasty , had it done on 4 th of sept & the 5 th when they called to ck on me they said i had no restrictions & i have been great ! He showed me my spinevin pictures & showed & explainedbthe procedure to me. He is very kind & great knowledgev& cares about his pstients .I highly recommend him ! I’m so fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Ali! Dr Ali as well as his office staff possess the utmost professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. Dr. Syed Irfan Ali is a very good and caring doctor. I had spine pain and felt disabled at times due to it. Just three visits with this caring doctor and I feel new again. I had been suffering from nerve pain for two years. The first year was spent determining where my pain was originating and why I was suffering from this pain. The pain was in my pelvic region and I visited an OB/GYN for more ultrasounds than I can count. I had my ovaries removed. I had both a CT, MRI, and a colonoscopy. I visited physical therapist, massage therapist, and a chiropractor all trying to pinpoint the cause of my pain. After two years a neurologist in Sherman, TX finally discovered through an MRI that my pudendal nerve bundle was enlarged. This neurologist began with medication which was originally used for seizures. This caused me to be foggy-headed and I found it difficult to concentrate. After a year of this medicine I knew I couldn’t live the rest of my life with distortions in my thinking because of this medicine. I’d researched for hundreds of hours trying to find something that could possibly help me. I settled on a nerve block but couldn’t find anyone in the Dallas area that would perform nerve blocks for the pudendal nerve. Again, back to researching and finally came across Dr. Ali’s Spine and Pain Management office. And yes, they did nerve blocks on the pudendal nerve. I called and was set up with an appointment within the week. After sharing all my paperwork and everything I’d done and been through over the last two ½ years, Dr. Ali agreed to perform a nerve block because I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life on medication. The nerve block was a success which lasted about four months. Since that initial procedure I’ve had five more nerve blocks and they work perfectly. The effects last about four months, but I’m no longer taking any medication and I have been relatively pain-free since then. I can’t thank Dr. Ali enough for all that he has done and continues to do for me and my pain. He is very knowledgeable and listens to me attentively each time I visit his office. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Dr. Ali.
