Almost finished with my laser hair removal packages, and can honestly say it’s some of the best money I’ve spent. Would 100% recommend. Wish I would’ve done it sooner!

The RN who performed my IPL laser treatment (her name is Ladelle) was professional, warm and patient. She provided some tips for prolonging the results and shared her Instagram page since she puts tips out there too. The whole clinic was friendly. I am fat and probably not as beauty conscious or driven as some clients, yet I wasn’t treated any different than a regular who was waiting for her treatment. My only suggestion is to post specials on the website or e-mail them, this will drive my use of services as it can get super costly. Thank you for great service!

The staff are always put together and they are always so friendly and welcoming. I’m not what I would consider the market demographic, but I am treated as such every appointment. The tattoo removal is done with as much care as possible to make the most tolerable as possible. I can’t recommend this clinic enough. I literally drive an extra 30 minutes to come here vs closer laser always.

I have tried laser treatment before at a different place but this experience is completely different (less pain / quickly done / nurse explains and talks about what she is doing) . The staff and nurses are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place.

This was my first visit to LaserAway’s Southlake location, I’ve been using LaserAway for about 2 years now. The girls up front (Marissa and a couple more) were friendly and welcoming, they got me in right away and were accommodating seeing as I had come with a stroller in tow. My nurse Elizabeth was knowledgeable and kind! She even helped me decide on trying a new technique for my skin :) I was in and out quickly and will definitely be coming back to this location!
