Low T Center's Online Review Report Card

I have been coming to the Low T Center since 2014. I was unhappy about the closing of the location I had used and relocating to Southlake. My first impression was overcrowded and busy, but the staff is excellent in taking care of patients, getting people in and out quickly without losing a personal touch. The PA goes over any necessary testing easily, The MOA‘s and phlebotomists like Eva know me by name when i come in. Good job on combining efficiency and quality without sacrificing a personal touch. Highly recommend!

Customer service was beyond awful!!!! There are so many better places that offer Low T. But if you enjoy that cattle call and bratty receptionist then by all means feel free and go.

I really do hate to say this because I don’t leave many reviews, but it seems like this location is just getting worse and worse… simple things like keeping people in line, seems to be beyond the capabilities of the staff, granted, several locations aren’t open on Saturdays and that causes them to be extra busy…but it’s no excuse to not be able to run a simple line system….several weeks in a row now it’s been undeniably packed and they can’t keep track of who arrived in what order, if you happen to walk in and check in when they hit print, then your wait is 2 minutes compared to the people who’ve been waiting for 20 … appointments are absolutely pointless, and when it’s brought up to the staff they seemed so overwhelmed and I’m sure tired of constant complaints that it’s impossible for them to truly care because it’s such a beat down for them… something’s gotta give and someone needs to figure something out… I’ve been going to this location for years… it’s NEVER been like this…. EVER.. not even when people are cramming in before a holiday.. someone please step up and help your employees…

I’ve been going to the Sourhlake location since they opened. I have to say that I have really seen the quality of service decline over the years. Don’t go there expecting to get out quickly. The waits have gotten long and no one is in a rush to get patients out in a timely manner.

At one time they had front end staff that knew what they were doing and had good, personal customer service. Quite a refreshing change from the Plano location. In the last 1 1/2 years it has steadily gone downhill and with the consolidation of locations it's gotten even worse. Now they have instituted an iPad check in system that doesn't seem to work correctly. Furthermore the customer service is even worse. I finally had to ask whether I should go to a room, the waiting area, or just stand there. Absolutely the worst. If it wasn't so convenient I would go somewhere else.

I have been a patient with the Low T Center for over a year. First 6 months were great, but over the past 6 months these providers do not clearly Care About Continuity of care. They first minimize the hours to a frustrating window. On top of that they decided to close all the other offices to one Location.For 3 weeks I tried to transition to home administration of my testosterone dose. It took 5 days for them to order my dosage only after several calls. I should have administered the 1st 2 days ago. The medication has not even shipped yet. So I show up to the office to get a shot to tide me over and it is closed at 1:00 p.m.If I have to give you any advice stay away from the Low T Center. Go to another provider that would provide great continuity of care and not just excuses as to why it's taking so long and actually follow up with their patients.

Staff is super friendly and always work to service their customers quickly.
