I'm not a guy that does much self care outside of my monthly haircuts. I felt weird as a guy walking into a spa, but they were very welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. Alicia walked me through the check-in process. Mina took care of me and eased my nerves, as she could probably sense it ;). I went with a facial as my face takes a beating during the summer as I'm always outside. Mina double checked to ensure I didn't have any allergies that could give me a reaction. I don't remember all the stuff she put on my face, but Mina worked her magic. I just laid back, listened to the sweet water sounds and soaked in every second. My face felt smooth for weeks after! If you're a guy that's a little apprehensive about getting some self treatment, I'm here to tell ya to give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

I hate that I'm writing this review because I wanted to love this place. I followed Meagan and that is how I found Magnolia. I booked a consult time with Rebekah for my first appt. I was very clear that I would like to discuss several different options during this appt. Emily was extremely friendly and welcoming when I arrived. The wait was minimal, so far so good......Rebekah came in and was friendly but from the beginning I felt rushed. She was ready to do botox on me and there was little to zero time for questions regarding other services. Rebekah stated that she would make sure that Emily booked more time for a consult in 2 weeks for my follow up. My request was for the treated areas to be completely frozen and after 2 weeks there was still movement so I returned a little annoyed because of the amount of units that were already used. Additionally, I went to get a second opinion from a very established NP/injector and he said it looked like there was no botox results in that area. When I arrived, Rebekah immediately agreed that there was still movement and offered to add more units "at no cost" So great, I appreciated that and she did an amazing job....but .....I could completely feel a shift in her attitude towards me and she then started backing off with her comments. She said she needed to take pictures so that she could explain the free units to the owner and stating that she injects "conservatively" and that she thought I had good results. There was also NO time for a consult for any other treatments. I started to feel like now I had done something wrong and felt very uncomfortable. I asked to consult with Meagan but was told she would be in her current appt. for a long time....2 minutes later Meagan came out/was finished and took me back to tell me about a new laser. Second issue...... I spoke to Meagan about a laser procedure that was new and they were offering a "special" for. I haven't had laser and was very nervous with a lot of questions but I made an appt. and was excited/nervous to get some great results!! My appt. was for 4/9. On Monday the 8th late afternoon, Emily left me a message stating Meagan was no longer there and I would have to reschedule my laser treatment with Hannah who I have never met. After prepping for the laser treatment and requesting time off of work, the soonest available appt. they could offer me was April 30th. today. On the 9th requested a call from Hannah so I could ask her a couple of question BEFORE having the treatment and she did call me ONE time/left a vm. I tried calling her back and was told she was with someone and they would have her reach out again. 2 weeks later and my treatment appt. is today and haven't heard back from her. Summary.. I realize that there are very wealthy folks out there especially in Southlake and perhaps to them, a few hundred dollars here and there is nothing but. I'm a working single mom....No one is paying for me to take care of myself so when I spend hundreds of dollars and contemplate spending hundreds more, this isn't how I want to be treated.
First time giving Magnolia & Meagan a try. I have been many places and this was by far the best experience and customer service I’ve ever received. Meagan went above and beyond and has followed up diligently with me post treatment. Don’t hesitate and get on her books!
