Medi-Weightloss Southlake's Online Review Report Card

Okay straight to the point you will drop the weight following the program which is very easy I say. I lost 4 lbs the 1st week and 8 the next without working out. Sure the first 5 was water but now it’s all fat loss with walking and strength training. There will be ups and downs watch your macros and please please drink your electrolyte water and fat burner. Use me as a referral if this review was helpful.

I was researching weight loss clinics, when I happened to stumble upon this clinics fun video on YouTube. The video gave me a virtual tour of the facility through the eyes of a first time patients appointment. I loved the positive energy and fun this location had displayed, so I booked a consultation back in Aug, 2020. I walked in the door and Kat, greeted me with a warm welcome! Next, I met Cindy, one of the med techs, so sweet   I then met my favorite PA, Hina! Hold on guys, this PA is very passionate and knowledgeable about her role and her positive attitude is so very infectious!!  I can tell you that Hina wants to come along side of you and truly support you in your weightloss journey! I have been very successful losing weight with this program. So far, I've lost 31.5lbs!! Just a few more pounds to reach my goal weight. I look forward to my weight in days, just to see the awesome staff at Medi.

I tried this location because the Frisco location is such an disaster, however, both of these location offer nothing but poor customer service. The office manager at this location never gets out of her seat or speaks to anyone and the PA is a know-all provider who does not listen to her cash paying customers. I'm over this company! Please close both location and learn some proper customer service skills.

As a husband I wanted my wife to loose weight naturally and safely. Not this quick artificial result and not with some high pressure sales. Well Josh at Southlake Melt is awesome. Someone I call a friend and who respects both myself and my wife as People not $$. Well 55 lbs later with no chemicals, synthetic foods just affordable, attainable goals. She looks better than when we first dated 21 years ago. Guys, Josh is a gentlemen and a stand up guy. Ladies, the program is the real deal. Go see Josh in Southlake!

This company and this particular team are both epic! I have struggled for a while with my weight due to a heart condition and this program helped me get back on track safely. I have felt supported each step of the way and it is the first time that I have continued losing weight and kept it off. Everyone in the Southlake office is kind, caring, and helpful. They are professional and yet still make you feel like family. I highly recommend this program and this clinic!

Kat and all the staff are very friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable. The nurse practitioner they have now is also very positive and gets you excited to stick with the program. Im more than halfway to my goal (100lbs) and couldn't be happier with my experience at Medi in Southlake!Also, with the negative comment down below. I've been going 6months and have never met a Tracey. I believe the reviewer has her locations mixed up??

This company use to be a very reputable company. The past year that Tracey has been at the corporate office there has been a dramatic decline. It seems she is more concerned about patient and prescription numbers rather than the actual quality of patient care. It's very sad to see a company with such credible history fall due to one persons incompetence and disregard for patient care and/or concerns. I am in week 3 of waiting on a return call from her supervisor.

The program started off great and then my location closed which I think is really foul. I was advised to go all the way to southlake which is an hour away!! Not worth it especially since the appointments last all of 10 minutes. Hopefully this location doesn’t close too and leave all their patients high and dry like they did the ones in Arlington!
