Best for doctor, Dr. Downey!!!!! When I went to see Dr. Downey, I had previously seen another doctor about my foot months earlier. The plantar fasciitis was getting worse and not better with rest, exercises and ice. From end of October 2022 until June 5th, 2023 I had been walking on the balls of my feet and tiptoeing on the left foot putting more stress and pressure on my right foot. The stabbing pain not only in my foot but going up my calf prevented me from getting a good night's sleep for about 7 months. Went to see Dr. Downey, who not only check my foot physically,but ordered an MRI to see if there was anything else causing my issue. There was scar tissue preventing the tears in my plantar fascia from healing. Dr. Downey got me into surgery right away. 2 1/2 weeks, later my stitches were out and I was walking like I had a brand new foot. I highly recommend anyone with any kind of foot issue to go directly to Dr. Downey. If I ever have any issues again I will go directly to him,right away, thanks again Dr. Downey and Robyn!!!

Dr. Downey is an excellent physician who performed an Achilles tear repair. I have full range of motion and I am back to enjoying my previous lifestyle. He listened, explained, and at all times made me feel cared for as a person. Dr. Downey’s staff are amazing!

Dr. Downey and his staff have exceeded all expectations for my ankle replacement surgery. Everything has gone without a hitch. He is an extremely skilled and knowledgeable surgeon, and he is equally gracious and easy going with his patients. He answers any and all questions to your satisfaction. Robyn and the rest of the office staff are wonderful as well.

Went to Dr Downey after suffering from plantar fasciitis for several months. He was great in calming my anxiety about receiving a cortisone shot. I had one shot and three weeks later I am still pain free. Everyone from front desk to nurses to Dr. Downey are great!

Dr. Downey and his nurse (Robyn) are absolutely phenomenal. I had a pretty bad fracture in my ankle, and they had the whole situation under control from the moment I was rolled into the office. They're professional, highly experienced, but as human as it gets. I was cared for as a person, not just as a number on a chart. I had access to resources outside of the office if I needed them, and they made sure that I was as involved in my recovery as they were. They have a great network of physical therapists that they work with. The PTs and Dr. Downey have built a rapport that allows them to be in synch with each other for recovery goals and strategy, which made a huge difference in my recovery. Dr. Downey and his team turned a truly difficult situation into an absolutely pleasant one, and I am very happy that I chose this office in my time of need.

I could not recommend Dr Downey any more highly! He and his staff have been professional and compassionate throughout my surgery and post op. As an orthopedic physical therapist, I would refer patients to Dr Downey without hesitation!
