This is our third week and every day I pick my son up, I'm even more thrilled that we found this place! Every single interaction I've had has been so kind and welcoming. This facility genuinely cares about their jobs and these kids so much it makes me just overwhelmed with gratitude. Cannot say enough good things about our support team there- Tayla, Ashlynn, Brayden, and our amazing Chloe.. you ladies are the best of the best. Thank you for loving my sweet boy and making him so excited to spend his days learning and growing with you!

I am not happy with experience here. Two mediocre experiences. First one stopped at evaluation and useless. Second time they claim to have had a communication gap with my insurance and yet were giving me confrontational attitude when I was trying to get the issue resolved. I have decided to end the services with that experience.

There are some nice therapists here. Their occupational therapist is stellar. Some good BCBAs. They make great progress with kids. But beware that the management of this facility isn't transparent with patients and employees. Beware that they might hide necessary information from you. They also might put money first not your kid

The staff at PediaPlex are so welcoming and attentive to their clients; it's clear they genuinely care about the progress each individual makes. The owner is an amazing person driven to help all ABA, OT and Speech therapy recipients get the assistance they need for success.

It has been the best working environment I have been in! All locations are phenomenal, they offer so much to the employees, clients, and parents. I have been blessed to be given an opportunity to work with a company that gives so much and cares for anyone that walks through the doors. I have learned so much through the people I have worked with and the clients I've been able to help. It is not just a work environment but another home. PediaPlex is the place to be and I can't wait learn more!

The owner and staff are genuine and truly make the families a priority. They take the time to build a relationship and a partnership that enables progress. The environment is creatively done in a kid friendly manner. You can tell this is a place that exist for a purpose not just as a business.
