4 months $600 monthly. Taking shots faithfully only 4 lbs lost. No way they were sending me semigultide. I feel cheated..
This is just a rip off guys! Not worth spending $500- $700. Did not lose any weight. Please give the money back!
It really helps u lose weight but they only cater to people who are elite enough to afford their meds. About $700 a month and $500 of it it's ur weight loss meds. Only elites can afford this. They priced 85% of the people who needs this out of the market
Red Mountain Weight Loss claims on the radio that Revolex is half the cost of Ozempic, which is a lie! After being required to be in their program, which is expensive, you are paying ALOT more than Ozempic! Get your advertising off the radio and stop making people think Revolex is cheapest, when in fact, it's ALOT more than Ozempic! It's a joke!
I’ve been hearing their ads on the radio in the DFW area lately, and you would think that with all the advertising dollars they’re spending, they’d make sure their spokeswoman doesn’t mispronounce “OZEMPIC”. It’s OzemPIC, not OzemPAC. Drives me up the wall.
My complaint is that Red Mountain does not honor their referral program. They tell you over and over again that if you refer someone you will get a discount on your next visit. I told them I had a friend that was going to start. They had me put his contact info on a form on their form. They also had me fill in a second "business card" sized referral card. Clearly, they had preexisting knowledge on their own paperwork. Today, when I saw the PA she immediately (on her own) thanked me for referring my friend. I told her that I refer everyone. She thanked me again. When I went to the from desk to check out I asked about my referral discount. The front desk person and the office manager both told they could not give it to me because whomever was working the from desk when my friend signed up did not list me as the referring person. I replied, you must be kidding. The doc knows I referred him You know I referred him because you have the paperwork for the referral. But because some from desk person did not enter it when he was here I do not get it? OK fine. OBVIOUSLY THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR COMMITMENTS AND GIVE REFERRAL CREDITS. Please tell everyone you know: If you are happy with the results, sure, go ahead and refer someone. BUT BEWARE: THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR PLEDGE TO GIVE YOU A REFERRAL CREDIT! It is a bit and switch type of tactic.

I came to RM after experiencing bad customer service form another weight loss program. At the Southlake location I experinced great customer service from Emma and Sarah. They were both very professional and caring. I recommend this program to others trying to loose weight.
When I stuck with the program worked very well. I need accountability or I won't do what I'm supposed to.The location was okay. I wish they had a couple more locations. The shots Gove you energy and help keep you hunger under control.
I did the shots. Didn't lose any weight.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
