I’ve had a great experience with Refine overall. The whole staff is so nice, informative and easy to work with. Collin is very thorough, caring and professional and made me feel very at ease. I would definitely go back!

Dr. V is truly amazing. My skin has been pretty good to me throughout my life (shoutout to genetics, water, and sunscreen since I was 14), but I'm always game to try new skincare treatments. They say "if it's not broke, don't fix it," but I don't fully agree when it comes to my skin. I'm all about improving the longevity of its health and youthful glow. First of all, her studio is beautifully designed. I haven't been to the new one yet, but I'm excited to check it out in the future. Plus, the Cowboy Carter album was playing when I walked in, so I instantly felt at home--enough said. I didn't know exactly what I wanted "fixed," but I told Dr. V that my skin looked a bit tired and dull. She recommended Vivace RF microneedling and the Moxi laser. Listen, when your doctor looks as stunning as Dr. V, you trust their advice--and I'm so glad I did. I had 3 or 4 sessions between March and July 2024, and it's been a few months now, yet my skin is still glowing. Even after the stress of moving out of the country and adjusting to a true winter climate, you'd never know it. My skin still looks radiant. All hail Dr. V.

I had Collin as my injector and I’m so impressed with this med spa. I asked for a natural look and that’s what I got. I mostly wanted a little volume in my top lip and to have it show when I smiled. The photos are obviously taken very far apart but these are a good example of the subtle change. It’s 9 months out since I got a fill up of .5ml and it’s still in its original place.

Great experience! Very informative, patient and did not try to push anything that wasn’t needed, even told me I didn’t need some of the things I thought I did. Highly recommend!

So first off, this is only the second time I’ve ever taken the time to write a review. But I will give credit where credit is due. This spa gave me what so many other med spas and dermatologist and in my experience, didn’t. They are so compassionate, friendly, go above and beyond and mostly they are HONEST and take the time to consider YOUR skin before doing any injections or lasers etc. I just moved to San Diego, California where I see some amazing spas but I came back to Texas to Refine because I don’t trust anyone else (shoutout to Colin) with my skin and just feeling comfortable knowing I’m in the most amazing hands there and the staff is seriously the best!! I actually look forward to going not just because I’m gaining desired results but they are actually nice and not judgmental. If you’re looking for a med spa, look no further. This is the place.

I had a hydrafacial done and it was amazing! My skin looks and feels great. Malin was super caring and informative on every step. Definitely recommend!!

Very friendly folks! It starts with the smiles as walk in the door. Tia did my Botox and filler. She’s great!!

They really care about their patients, they will listen to you and take all of your concerns to heart. I love that they customize the treatment to you specifically and won't try to sell you procedures or products that you don't need. Colin does great work and I trust him with my aesthetic needs. 10/10 would recommend!
