I highly recommend Renew MD. Dr. Gordon is not only a skilled doctor, but she is truly a kind and caring person. Dr. Gordon and her staff go above and beyond in all that they do to ensure they deliver the best service with the optimum results. In addition, the office environment is immaculate, beautiful, yet warm and welcoming. I plan to be a lifelong patient.

Where do I begin? This is hands down the best place I've been to. I heard about Renew through a friend and I'm so glad!! I wanted to go to someone who actually knows what they're doing (vs. chasing a deal). I love the fact that Dr. Gordon used to be ​a surgeon and knows anatomy!! Dr. Gordon takes time with you and makes you feel like you're her biggest priority. She takes time to understand your skincare needs/desires and talks through what will realistically achieve that. She then walks you through what to expect with your treatment plan. She's so patient and kind! The office offers medical grade products that will actually get you results! (But, I've never felt pressured to buy anything). The entire staff is incredible - they're kind, warm, and welcoming. The office is clean and adorable! Beth always reaches out in a timely manner for after care instructions, follows up to actually see how you're doing, and is shockingly quick at responding. Everyone genuinely cares about you. I don't want to leave and could hang out with them all day! Haha Renew might not be the cheapest place in Dallas, but when it comes to my face, I would rather pay slightly more to look better (and not have any kind of crazy complications that could come from someone treating you who doesn't know what they're doing). You can't go wrong with Dr. Gordon and her amazing team!!!

oh my goodness best experience ever! From walking in to getting greeted from all the staff members to getting walked back for my facial! This was such a great first experience!! Briley did my facial and was so sweet and gentle!! I would definitely recommend her!! I'll be rebooking for sure!

From the moment you walk into Renew MD , you feel like you are meeting with your best friends . The staff is so friendly . PLUS, Dr Gordon and Erika are by far the most talented injectors. They listen and they know what they are doing . They come up with a plan and execute it. You never have to worry about being overdone or receiving treatments you do not need !

I wish there was 10 stars to give Renew!! I did a Google search looking for Dysport close to work and hit the jackpot here! The response to a web inquiry was super quick and I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I was even offered a mimosa upon my arrival. Dr Gordon did my initial treatment. She was kind and caring! When I had a little spot that needed a touch up, the got me in right away. Erica was equally as caring and helpful! I will continue to drive from Mansfield to Southlake for Renew MedSpa!

I've been a client/patient at Renew for a little over a year now. As someone who previously suffered from severe teenage acne, improving my skin's texture and the overall look was an absolute must. Renew MD has completely changed my skin. I used to never leave the house without a full coverage foundation and with the help of the wonderful staff at Renew, I feel more than confident only leaving with a tinted sunscreen. I started with a consultation with Dr. Gordon and she helped identify a treatment plan to help achieve my skin goals. The treatments I've tried that have drastically improved my appearance, and confidence, are chemical peels and hydra facials with Haley. She always takes the time to explain everything she's doing. I had major hesitations when it came to chemical peels because I have super sensitive skin. But every time I come out glowing. She's able to customize peels and gradually strengthen as your skin adjusts after each treatment. Also, the hydrafacials are to die for, especially if you have an event coming up. I recommend combining dermaplaning with a hydrafacial. When you're you'll look red carpet ready! I did this before my sister's wedding and even treated her to one as well. Aside from facials, I've also done laser hair removal with Michelle on my underarms. After only three treatments, I already see a difference in hair growth. Michelle is so detail-oriented and makes sure she gets every single hair. The entire office staff is great. Ashley and sometimes Beth, are the ones answering the phones. They're always available to answer questions, book appointments, talk about specials, and order skincare products. Love Renew MD and their entire staff. They make you feel like family when you walk through the door. They remember every patient and ensure you've had a good experience. Skincare is an investment and Renew is the only place I trust!!
