I have been a patient here so I sent my daughter because she’s having severe back pain and nerve pain . The whole experience so far has been terrible. No one ever answers the phones, no one responds to emails, so much so that we have to drive up there to speak to anyone . The front desk lady never knows anything and is no help. Not sure what her actual job is. Last week when we had to drive up there to actually speak to someone , we spoke with Dr. Darnules scheduler and told her that we needed him to send the orders for the injection she’s in severe pain, almost went to the emergency room the day prior. She said she would get her on the schedule , have him send an expedited order in and do the pre authorization. Today is Sunday ( a week later ) and we still have not heard anything from spine team , we still have no orders to the insurance. How is this a medical practice ? It’s being run as though There is no care in the world and the patients are not in severe pain and there is absolutely no urgency for anything . How about we don’t answer the phones , let’s read the emails and do nothing with them , let’s tell the patients we will get them scheduled, we will order back injection and actually we will not do any of it . Shocking how these surgeons and injectors are even making money as it seems like the schedulers are not even booking patients for procedures . What a terrible , terrible medical practice. I wish I would have sent her somewhere else this has been a waste of time for her to just sit and suffer with no hope in sight. An extreme blow off and let down of a medical practice

Friendly and efficient.

The front desk lady at the SOUTHLAKE location with BROWN HAIR and a BOB is the rudest person you’ll ever meet. She has consistently had an attitude every single time I come in. Without fail, she acts like she doesn’t see me standing in line, which is both frustrating and incredibly disrespectful. Most recently, I went in and there was a line of people waiting. I was clearly next, yet she waved over to the person behind me and helped them instead. Explain that to me?! It made me feel completely ignored and undervalued as a patient. You would think that a practice that specializes in patient care and professionalism would ensure that every patient is treated with basic respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, that standard is not being met by her. Her behavior reflects poorly on the entire office. At this point, they need to do themselves a favor and let her go because this kind of treatment is unacceptable in any setting- especially in healthcare. Patients deserve to feel acknowledged, respected, and cared for from the moment they walk in the door and she is a clear example of what not to do and fails every single time to provide any good for the company. I hope she and especially her MANAGER reads this and understands the impact her behavior has on others.

Great Doctors, great staff. Everyone there cares for your welfare and comfort. Very nice facility.

I would not go anywhere else. Dr Lam is great to work with. Dr Rothbart did a tremendous job on my back. Definitely rev.

Matt is on top of his game when helping out this patient. Not once but twice this year! He listened to what I described was going on and found the solutions to get me back to pain free. Thank you Matt for being the best!

Top notch care here! You get a referral, you make an appointment, you get all the reminders and calls, complete all the paperwork online or once you arrive, you see the Doctor, you go get tests done, you go back to for a followup appointment, you get treatment. IT'S A PROCESS!!!! Be patient is key! Spine Team of Texas offers great care all the way around from the confidence in the Doctor, Medical Assistant, and compassionate and organized schedulers are a 10+. Go here should need Spinal care!! Everyone is exceptional the front desk employees are the absolute best as is the nurses

Dr. Zang is great. But trying to schedule a procedure horrible. I called for 10 days and no call back. Then, called another person and they did reach out but phone tag til Friday. Called Tuesday and no call back. I give up. The scheduling sucks to high heaven. I am done and will go somewhere else. Patient, Teresa Morin, too frustrated and too mad to talk to these folks going on 3 weeks.​​

My father is blessed to be a patient of Dr. Lam. Dr. Lam’s ability to listen with lots of patience and empathy made us feel like he really cared. He was thorough with his examination in trying to figure out the issue my father was having and we appreciate how attentive Dr. Lam was when my dad had questions. My dad had another appointment today and while we didn’t get to see Dr. Lam for this visit — we did see one of the Nurse Practitioners named Sean. 10 out 10 for Sean, too. Sean was so kind and extremely knowledgeable. I noticed that he was watching my dad walk towards check out. It validated my thoughts on how it seemed like he genuinely cared because this man was still examining my dad AFTER the appointment lol That’s the kind of care you want for your parents. Also, shout out to the front desk girls! Their kindness is so important as they are the first impression we as patients get of the office and it’s a good one here!
