Dr. Lam was excellent! I accompanied my mother to her visit. He was clearly knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. As someone in the healthcare profession myself, I know that time is often hurrayed with patients, but with Dr. Lam, I felt that he really listened to my mother's concerns. Excellent physician.

Great visit. Appointment was right on time. Dr. Richard Zhang is a good conversationist and made me feel right at ease. I would be happy to recommend Spine Team Texas to my friends and family.

In every detail, the staff were very thorough and kind. I really liked Dr. B…he assessed my X-rays and completed various tests in an extremely thorough way!! I completely trust his analysis!!

Did not have to wait to see a nurse practitioner. The results are not as good as hoped. Disappointed that may not ever be as good as desired like the trial est. The representative from Medtronics fine-tuned the program and seems better now.

Would leave a lower review, however, one is the lowest star. Lisa, the supervisor of scheduling was unhelpful and seemed like she didn’t want to work with you to fix problems. We gave them multiple solutions to what we were dealing with, however, was shot down. This place is very difficult to work with. Don’t waste your time!!

A HUGE shout out to Dr. Cortland Miller at Spine Team Texas (Allen location) for taking the time to help me through a difficult medical issue. My issue is not his field of expertise but he has been kind enough to lead me in the right direction to help with my medical needs and following up to make sure they are met. Thank you soooo much, Dr. Miller, for going out of your way for my care! Strongly recommend this group at the Allen location❤️

S.Harbour what is professional and courteous during my first appointment. Asking several clarifying questions to ensure he understood. exactly where my pain was coming from so he could better understand how he and Spine Team could support me. THIS is what I appreciate and expect in the first appointment, but sadly do not always receive at other Dr offices.
