Dr. Stephens is a knowledgeable man. He was polite and explained my diagnosis with every detail. He also did a procedure to my left knee and I feel wonderful. However, I will take my business elsewhere for my right knee. His front desk girl, Sydney is rude. When I asked her to explain how my insurance payments were applied towards my balance, she told me in a very demeaning tone that If I didn’t understand, I needed to contact my insurance, that she didn't have the time, not the patience. She said it in front of other patients; I felt humiliated.

Front desk girl, Sidney was extremely rude. I waited almost three weeks for my initial appointment, I had some insurance questions that she obviously didn't have an answer to. Her tone and mannerism was uncalled for. I walked away without seeing Dr.Stephen, I have several health issues and I knew it would take several visits to his office, I couldn't imagine having to deal with Sidney’s demeanor in every visit.

I been there for my back and after month I got injection in my back and they give me again for month for fallow up and today I been there asking in front desk to fill up my pepper work for my job and she’s saying you have to pay &100 to Dr Stephen to do that I was ready to pay again she’s saying you have to pay cash and I asking why cash I have my debit card she’s said no cash cash and 14-21 days after we give you the pepper work.I hoping After Dr come to see me I will talk and fixed after 30 minutes waiting I see nurse practitioner coming in room and she’s saying you don’t see dr today I told her in front desk she said I going to see dr and charge me for see dr but I told her all that.she is asking about the treatment and I told her after injections I get my pain is worse and she is saying you have to do more injections and she go out of room and Dr is coming with other guy and i told him everything and he said yes you have to pay cashAnd I do every week 20 pepper work and take time I told him this is part of your practice and he is saying no.any way they are only looking for money not something else
