I have always had good experiences with the doctors and staff at TRAAC. Currently, I am seeing Dr. Leon. He is a thorough and caring physician who listens to my questions and concerns. This provider has testing capabilities and treatment options that other allergists in the area are lacking.

We love Dr.Leon and have had great interactions with the staff until today. My son has been doing allergy shots for over a year and is due for his next one. We arrived 5 minutes past the shot clinics closing time because of unforseen issues. We begged the staff to please allow him to get his shot because he was already pulled out of school, but they wouldn't budge because they couldn't ask the doctors to stay an extra 5 minutes past closing at noon. I understand that we were late, but I wish that they had shown us a little grace considering that it requires a lot for a kid to be pulled out of school to be there in the first place. Now he has to miss more school next week to get his shot. We still love the office, but this interaction left us feeling a little disappointed.

Dr. Shakouri and Alisha took our concerns about our son seriously, and went above and beyond to treat him. My husband also ended up becoming a patient, and they went above and beyond for him as well. We are so appreciative, and would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Shakouri is great! The nurses are very sweet and tentative as well. However, it can be difficult to get the process started because of communication issues with the front desk. Would recommend though!
