I am beyond impressed with my experience at The Lab, and this says a lot being I am a fellow provider in the aesthetics industry/ perfectionist. Scheduling was so easy, and professional. I’m all about phone etiquette, they nailed it. The moment I walked into the door, beautiful staff who obviously practice what they preach guided me through to the immaculate waiting room to sign consents. The Lab’s providers have the utmost training and experience performing the services they offer which is important. I’ve seen how this medspa runs its operations behind the scenes. You can tell it’s owned by passionate leaders in the industry, that offers only everything they believe works to achieve your goals do down to a science. It’s always a breath of fresh air to go to the Lab, I always leave feeling more beautiful, more supported, even if my face wasn’t touched 😂 This past visit I had the honor of seeing Natalie, who is an absolute GODDESS injector when it came to my lips. I am so picky- and she gets me, and my lips, always. If even just for a consult- just schedule your appointment, I don’t know what you’re waiting for.

Shelly Herod at the lab med spa is warm fun and brings life to that office! She makes you feel welcome and comfortable when you come in to get your services done. She’s professional and fun all at the same time. She’s the first person you see when you come in and greets you with a smile, and that warm Texas hospitality. Then she is the last person you see whenever you leave and just makes you feel overall happy and comfortable and an environment that can sometimes feel a little uncomfortable.

I went in for a micropeel with Sadie and was extremely impressed with her service, kindness, personality, and attention to me and how I was doing during and after the procedure. Sadie listened to me and made me feel relaxed throughout the process. Days later a woman stopped me to tell me she could tell the person who did my peel was good due to the lines on my face and asked where I went and who I used! My results were spectacular and my skin feels more supple and I’ve noticed some fine lines are diminished. The healing took a little longer than the weekend but we all heal at different speeds. Sadie was there to chat with me about how I was healing and how I felt. I appreciate this above and beyond service. I loved the facility, especially Sadie and look forward to having other procedures with her. She is so knowledgeable and it’s nice to have someone tell me what to do to take care of my skin!
