Office does not accept call. The system to request medical records is cumbersome, lengthy and expensive. I would use another imaging center in the Southlake area. Michael

I got my imaging done last week and they said that they will share the results by email last Friday. I have called them multiple times but no one picks up the phone. The in person experience was good, hence 3 stars but I would definitely reconsider if I have to go there again.

Do not use this facility! They changed my doctor's order and they overcharged me. I have been trying to get my money back for several weeks. If I owed them money they would want it NOW. They owe me $347. Each phone call they say the money will come but I am still waiting.

This place only care about money. They try to collect money upfront and make you wait until you don't pay while you are figuring your benefits out with insurance company. When was asked them to bill they didn't budge and made my senior mom wait!!! We made sure they are under network for that she have $0 out of pocket later they said we don't take Medicade and was charging us 20% of the co-pay that is covered under Medicade. Instead of educating patient and being honest about coverage all they care about taking payment/money. Towards the end after going through long call with insurance company and they finally said we don't accept Medicade part of coverage we want to pay cash for the co-pay to get the X-ray done. I didn't want my mom travel with severe cough to a different provider. Now they don't accept cash and will bill us.

I walked in, in person, to the Imaging Center with my Dr's referral, in order to make my appointment. The woman who helped me was helpful...yet, even mentioned that she would not get around to putting my order in that day, because she did not feel like it. Though she answered all my questions and was helpful... I found her comment unprofessional and "off-putting". ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ..... On the day of my procedure, Cody, the Technician, was awesome! Professional. Thorough. Explained the entire procedure, at length, and what to expect. I've never had this procedure performed, in my life... and had NO IDEA what to expect. He prepared me for the procedure and time frame... was professional, courteous and took all the necessary precautions to make me comfortable and protect my hearing, and my head. Afterwards, he took time to answer my questions... was personable and friendly. I would like to recognize him for his care and attention to detail. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
