DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED. Got a COVID test 9 months ago and they charged my insurance $900 out of pocket. That was after my insurance negotiated with them. 15 MINS for $900 COVID test. Ridiculous.
All the emergency room team was awesome from the receptionist, nurse and Doctor Philip Zachariah 👏🥇🏆🇺🇸
The team at Ally, is awesome. This is clearly a team that takes great pride in the patient care provided. The folks are compassionate, professional, and fully engaged with the patient. I appreciate the care I was provided. From reception to the back of the house, nice job. Thank you 😊
Front Desk Darlene, Rad Tech Cathy and Nurse Ethan we’re extremely friendly and professional. Thank you guys sooo much for helping me get the care I needed.
They let me lay screaming in pain because they were worried that I was an addict. (I'm clean. My blood was clear of all narcotics.) So now I'm paying the price for other peoples BS. I'm scared that I'm dying, begging the staff to help me while the nurse is treating me like I'm back in basic training. The moment she saw me she made her assumption and blew me off because she thought that I was there for drugs, which doesn't make sense to me because it's 2022. No one has to go to an ER for drugs!!! It's faster, easier and cheaper to get them on the street. They failed me as a patient because the idea of giving an addict what he or she wanted just bugged them..... Addicts shoot hug amounts of opioids into there veins so they are not going to overdose. It just bugs them!!! I paid the price for their pet peeve. I went there because I thought it would be faster because the parking lot is always empty and they showed me exactly why it is always empty. Apparently they are going to save all drug addicts through single ER visits. They will neglect you on the basis of an assumption. Zero proof necessary.
By far the best experience I have had with healthcare. From the receptionist to the Nurse, Doctor and tech everyone was helpful and attentive. Came in for some back pain and left with some helpful information And guidance from staff. Great experience and the staff educates you on what’s going on. Pleasant experience!
Everyone I saw at Ally Medical was AMAZING! The check in process was quick and easy, and I did not feel overwhelmed with paperwork. There were not many patients in front of me so my time there was not long. I was able to get everything done during my lunch break! I definitely recommend you all visiting this center on 2920 and 45. What a wonderful team thank you all for taking good care of me while there!
SERVICE WAS GREAT FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE BACK STAFF. DOCTORS AND STAFF WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH, AND DETAILED IN EVERYTHING THING THEY WERE DOING. EVERYONE WAS NICE AND POLITE. I HAD NO WAIT TIME WHEN I ARRIVED AND EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF IN A TIMELY MANNER. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!!
Ally is the BEST! Nurses and Tech were so compassionate, kind and listened to me. Dr Josh was the bomb!! Never been to a doctor that spent time with me, listened to me and prescribed the medicine I needed and tests. I had NO WAIT checking in! I give Ally all 5 stars!!!
The staff is so friendly!! Bill & Cathy were awesome and got 3 of us in right away to take Covid tests (for traveling requirements) and had our results back less than an hour. Great ER experience comparatively to say the least.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
