I have never seen such unprofessional staff ever. They need to remember to have customer services, that is what make people refer other. Bad attitudes do not make a good office Environment. Would you what be be meet with all of this when you go to the Doctor? ABSOLUTELY NOT YOUNG PEOPLE DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

What a joke, set up an appointment at theBellaire location drove 30 minute only for o find out the the location was closed Fridays. They call to reschedule, didn't have all my information I had given them before- WARNING SIGH- I wouldn't take my dead dog to this place if they can schedule an appointment right Would you let them inject anything into your body? Warning stay away from this apparent fly by night organization!!!!!

I have been bringing my mom here for a month now. The crew here is truly wonderful. Very kind, helpful, patient, and professional. My mom saw their commercials on Univision and decided this was the place. We love that it's a bilingual office. They explain everything in detail and make sure my mom understood the process before beginning. When we go for her gel injections we are in and out! No more than 20 minutes at a time. I highly recommend them. Their care is absolutely top notch!
