Cole Pediatric Therapy's Online Review Report Card

We have been started to reach them from July , 2020They have the best delay system with everything, until the end of 2020 , my son didn’t have any speech therapy at all . They just sorry and sorry without doing something . It’s so waste time . Bad service ever .

We did physical therapy with Jessica Bradley for my infant son to help with his Torticollis. She was so great with him. He enjoyed all the time they spent together working. She was so patient and kind and very informative with you as the parent. She always explained everything in detail and in a way that was easy to understand. She made sure to show us exercises we should work on at home to help my baby even further. I highly recommend her to anyone needing PT for their kiddos, she is AMAZING!

My daughter has been going here for over a year now and we LOVE it. Julie and Joan are such sweethearts and are amazing occupational therapists. Jessica is an outstanding physical therapist and although my daughter just started speech I really like Caitlyn and Cathleen. I recommend to this place to anyone who has one or more children who are in need of these services.

This location has been good to my son. He has improved so much and gained confidence when speaking. I highly recommend Ms. Grace T. She is very kind, patient & professional! Also Mrs. Joan, she is very considerate, helpful & kind. The staff is friendly and I look forward to seeing more progress in my son.

My daughter made a lot of progress when she was seen by Cole. She has been treated on three different occasions for various development problems. The company did a great job matching the therapists to her specific needs.

Cole Pediatric Therapy has been so amazing for our son. Our son started speech therapy and occupational therapy 2 years ago here and graduated with so many skills.We are so blessed with CPT with their service and compassionate care they have given our family. As a parent of a child with autism we were was skeptical on what to except, but cole really made a world of a difference for our family. It was so amazing having him attend Cole Academy and be able to have speech and OT worked in his daily schedule. They made everything fit so perfectly for us.If you are looking for quality therapy for your child, Cole is definitely the place to be. Our son’s team also took the time to communicate to us his progress and how to carryover programs at home. Anytime we needed a resource or recommendations on what to do they provided us with excellent evidence based practices. Everyone at Cole holds a special place in our hearts! 💙

I love bringing my son here. Everyone is so friendly especially his Speech Therapist Mrs. Allison Cole. He loves her so much and she's excellent with him.

We really enjoyed them when we started. Are problems did not start tell they claimed that all insurance company's are reducing all benefits to 30 minutes upon finding out that that was a LIE and claiming that are son needs to be on meds talking poorly about children in front of them they are sending more like a daycare session then a child therapy institution claiming that the can no long teach are child this initially following the change from 45 min to 30 min originally starting at an hour. They truly are insuring PROFIT OVER CARE and those that think that I'm not telling the whole side contact your insurance company and see what they say to there rule that it's not there doing about session time. they take kids in late and will normally bring them early ensuring that they have enough time to file their reports and not take up anymore of their personal time
