Using the online service 98point6, Dr. B misdiagnosed me despite my advocacy for my correct ailment and didn’t prescribe me what I needed to prevent the worsening of the infection, saying it was merely allergies, but it was actually an eye disease. Stay away if you want your concerns to be legitimately heard out and not ignored!

I’ve visited Dr Broussard for several years, even at her previous offices. She is always thorough and attentive and gets back to you quickly with any questions that come up. Her team at genesis is wonderful and supportive. They really listen and provide facts for their patients to make informed decisions.

They is 4 hour line wait and they charge $125 for the test if you don’t have insurance they charge you otherwise they refuse you a test which is such a rip off, it doesn’t matter if you are unemployed.They only tell you that when you pass 4 hours line and park in for testing. I am unemployed don’t have a job that $125 is my groceries for my family for the whole month. My friend got tested yesterday and told me him and his wife didn’t pay for it and he is unemployed as well, so they pick and choose people who they are going to charge and who don’t get charge .Place where you have to choose between food or rather get tested. I will not Recommed this place to anyone because they shouldn’t charge $125 to people where half of the world in unemployment and in dire need to get tested.

My son and I both see Dr. Broussard and we LOVE her! She takes the time to really listen and actually cares about our welfare. She has been a huge help for both of us!

Dr. Broussard and her staff are phenomenal. They are attentive, efficient and take the time to really educate you so that you can make informed decisions about your healthcare. I never have to wait when I arrive for my appointment. Dr. Broussard takes her time to really listen and not just rush you out of the office. They also offer a plethora of services. You can get a vitamin infused IV drip and facials as well.

Dr. Broussard's office does not return phone calls. I left 5 messages regarding my test results but never heard from them. That tells me they don't care about their patients.

After being given an antibiotic by another physician that was not compatible for my infection, I became extremely ill. I saw Dr. Broussard and within minutes she had me on my road to recovery. I was near hospitalization and because of her knowledge and care I was able to not have to go that route. Dr. Broussard is educated with a fantastic bedside manner!!!
