Made an appointment through their website for a visit and when we arrived they said they don't take any appointments. It took an over an hour to get the results from a flu/covid/strep test with no one in the waitning room.

ER Triage Nurse was so rude! Doctors and nurses were great, which is what really counts, but your gate keeper to the ER facility on night shift was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Such a shame to come in bleeding all over myself only to get yelled at repeatedly. My husband had to go find a bathroom just to help contain the blood. She didn't have an ounce of care or customer service.

ZERO STARS - DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN EMERGENCY!!! We tried to get help from this emergency room when my boyfriend got deathly ill, hadn’t been able to keep anything down for 10 days and was too weak and sick to be transported far; not only did he receive the worst care possible, they kicked him out after 1 hour and only giving him one bag of saline, and then told us not to return after testing negative for COVID just in case. The ER doctor even prescribed the wrong medicine after we left the ER, and no one would help me track him down or get my boyfriend the right medicine so he could stop throwing up and start feeling better!! This went on for over two weeks and I was beside myself hysterical with NO HELP FROM ANYONE AT THIS HOSPITAL OR ER!!!

I love everything about this facility. I've had mammograms, colonoscopy, and physical therapy at this facility and all I was given excellent care. Bonus … not far from home! Thank you!

This hospital and its staff deserve and award for just about everything. The ER is modern and ultra clean. Zero wait time, CT scan in 30 minutes and out the door within few hours. Dr Mauricio was amazing despite being crutches and even calling my urologist at night to consult. The male nurse has excellent bedside manner and cared ,the imaging staff were professional and friendly even the front desk nurse and security were pleasant .Thank you, Jay Reulet
