Este hermoso lugar,sin lujos pero lleno de amor y abrazos,puso el comienzo y seguridad de mi cachita para felicidad nuestra,tienen una magia acompañada de mucho cariño que cuando los visitas,todos los temores,incertidumbres y dudas van afuera,la doctora Colmenares,la Manager dominicana super nice,Jossy Mar,un encanto q logró robarse mi cariño y respeto desde lejos xq fue absolutamente súper linda con mi esposa,la muchacha del lobby súper chula,siempre llamaba por su nombre a mi esposa y un trato siempre espectacular,no hubo detalle negativo nunnnnnncaaaaaaa,toda la vibra súper linda,la atención,limpieza,al igual fue en México,gracias de todo corazón pues son culpables de un proceso tan bello y bendecido,gracias mil gracias por su trabajo hasta donde les tocó soltarnos con lágrimas en los ojos xq fueron súper lindos,Dios está con ustedes familiaaaaa.Con el favor de Dios pronto les llevamos a Cachiiii para que la conozcan jajajajajaj

Ha llegado un dia muy anhelado en mi vida y a la vez triste. Hoy me gradue en la clinica de Ingenes Houston con la Dra Colmenares. Mi estancia en la clinica por estos meses ha sido muy gratificante, alentadora y satisfactoria. Despues de varias perdidas esponataneas y 2 embarazos ectopicos, hoy late dentro de mi el corazon de una princesa hermosa de 11 semanas. Estoy super agradecida con Dios porque desde que llegas a la clinica Vale te recibe con todo el amor del mundo. Luego hay una personita muy especial Jossimar que ha sido mi angel protector, mi amiga en este proceso, mi asesora para recomendarme mejores alimentos, ha estado muy pendiente de mi en todo momento incluso he recibido mensajes de ella fines de semana para sabes como estoy o como me siento. La Dra Colmenares es un amor y como le dije hoy junto a mi esposo, siempre estar sentada con ella en su oficna es la mejor terapia de relajacion que puedan recibir, su profesionalismos es magistral. El proceso es duro por todas las inyecciones, por el desconocimiento y el deseo de que los dias pasen volando pero que llegara el dia del ultrasonido y la Dra Dijera la bebe esta muy bien, era mas que suficiente para decir vamos adelante. Estoy afradecida por cada persona en la clinica que me recibia con los brazos abiertos, por la finanzista, en general hoy fue mi ultimo dia en la clinica y ya las extraño a todas. Cada lagrima que corre por mi cara es de alegria pues a pesar que aun el camino sigue, hemos vencido varia batallas en este corto tiempo pues esta bebe fue el unico embrion que paso el examen de genetica, y la Dra siempre me decia solo necesitamos 1 para lograr el embarazo. Mi paso en la Clinica de Monterrey, Mexico para mi extraccion y la tranferencia fue muy buena igual, muy atentos y profesionales a la vez. Recomiendo al 1000% Ingenes Houston. Nunca olvdidare este hermoso detalle. Gracias a todasssssssss

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Colmenares helped make one of the biggest dreams of my life come true. As a single mother by choice, IVF was an elective decision for me rather than a result of infertility, but that does not make the journey any less meaningful. IVF is not for the faint of heart. It can be emotionally, physically, and financially demanding, and the clinic, physician, and team you choose truly make a difference. From the very beginning, everyone at Ingenes Houston was amazing. The management team, the phlebotomists, Francisca, Amy, and every staff member I encountered made the experience feel personal, supportive, and welcoming. Most of all, Dr. Colmenares sealed the deal for me. She is honest, open, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her many years of experience are evident in every interaction. She always took the time to answer my questions, explain the process, and set realistic expectations while making me feel supported and confident. Today, I am expecting, and I will forever be grateful to Dr. Colmenares and the entire Ingenes Houston team for helping me get here. Thank you for your expertise, encouragement, and dedication. I cannot recommend them enough.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel like patients deserve to know the truth. The only reason my IVF experience at this clinic felt manageable was because of Abi, the medical assistant who truly cared. She was compassionate, reassuring, attentive, and always made me feel seen during one of the most vulnerable times of my life. It honestly broke my heart finding out she was fired, especially when she was one of the only people who made this experience smooth and comforting. On top of that, my provider is leaving, and now I’m expected to trust a completely different provider and medical assistant with such a sensitive journey. It’s incredibly disappointing to feel like patients are just numbers and not real people going through emotional and life-changing situations. You can feel the negative energy the moment you walk into this clinic. Management seriously needs to do better with how they treat both employees and patients. Good staff like Abi are hard to find, and losing people like her only hurts the patients even more. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this clinic for IVF treatments. If possible, I would honestly recommend going straight to Mexico instead.

We are beyond grateful for our experience with Ingenes and especially Dr. Colmenares. After a long and emotional journey, we can finally say that our treatment was a success, and we are expecting our little miracle. From the very beginning, Dr. Colmenares was compassionate, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She always took the time to explain every step, answer all of our questions, and make us feel supported throughout the entire process ♥️. I have nothing but great things to say about Ingenes Houston. I am a very indecisive and doubtful person. From the very first visit I knew I had made the right choice. After two failed IVF cycles at a previous clinic where I was told my egg quality was too poor for my age, my husband and I interviewed several clinics. We chose Ingenes Houston specifically because of Dr. Colmenares. From our first visit, she refused to default to a "one size fits all" approach. Instead, she analyzed my previous failed cycles to create a completely tailored protocol. While our first cycle with Ingenes had a similar outcome to the past, Dr. Colmenares remained steadfast. In our second cycle, we successfully achieved a euploid embryo. Most incredibly, while preparing for our third cycle, I became pregnant naturally. What sets Dr. Colmenares apart is her hands-on approach; she performs all follow-up appointments and scans herself. She is incredibly responsive, truly listens, and guided me through specific supplements that made a real difference. I also want to extend a huge thank you to all the nurses—they were consistently pleasant, cheerful, and incredibly helpful throughout every visit, which made a stressful process so much easier. Beyond the medical care, the financial experience was seamless. Special thanks to Maria and the financial department for making the billing process straightforward and stress-free.
