I had met and been to Joshua. Atkinson, M.D. and I really loved him, his personality, he is so friendly he has a great sense of Humor, and He knows what is needed for his patients eyes, so when my husband changed his insurance to mine and he needed to see an Ophthalmologist , because he had cataract surgery on his only seeing eye he's blind in his right from a Retinal detachment years before I married him , but I knew we had to have the best eye doctor , so we were recommended to go to a lady Ophthalmologist and she did a good job on his left eye , she informed him that he would need more work done if a film can on his eye , she left the Insurance Company , that he was on so he came to mine and that's how we went to Doctor Joshua Atkinson, now our best Ophthalmologist in Houston , the front staff Luz and the lady manager all were great , I loved Lisa she was so good and knowledgeable , all were friendly, they all made you feel like you were family ,my husband was so amazed when Doctor Adkinson examined him and within minutes had gotten the ok from our Insurance to do what he needed to do and he explained the procedure and asked my husband did he want to do it right now, we both said certainly , and we went down the hall at his office with his wonderful assistant Guillermo, such a charming man , he and the doctor work's as a great team together , Doctor Atkinson removed whatever was causing Ray's very blurred vision ,using a Lazer procedure , it only took a few minutes after the Doctor did the work and rinsed my husband's eye , my husband was elated , he could see as good as when he first got the Cataract surgery or better, He says he has found his eye doctor for life, and I say the same thing , Dr Joshia Atkinson is one in a million , he is a 10 star Doctor instead of a five star, Doctor.

Had cataract surgery in both eyes. Dr. Atkinson explained the procedure and answered all my questions. The office is very friendly. I highly recommend!

After numerous times of going to every specialist, you can possibly go. I took it upon myself to go to Dr Atkinson. He was able to help diagnose my symptoms right away. His helpful pleasant personality and integrity are definitely on a scale of 10 and above. He's a true lifesaver! I am able to see clearer than ever before. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

I arrived on time of appt; was called to exam room within 10 or 15 min. Techs were very courteous and always explaining each procedure or exam of my eyes. Dr. Atkinson also explained his exams and findings and answered any questions I had; he's very courteous and patient.

Dr. Atkinson is very thorough and unrushed. My previous eye doctor's office had a factory-like atmosphere. Not so at this office. He explained some complicated aspects of my vision in a non-complicated way. Overall, a very positive experience.

I will give Dr. Atkinson 5 Stars for his Amazing chair side manner, however; it took 2+ hours to just been completed with eye exam. I understand he was busy and such, yet it just was a wasted wait time. I didn't get a chance to do a glasses purchase if I even wanted due to family obligation and time constraints. I will need to purchase glasses elsewhere due to time and family obligations.
