I did not even want to give her one star. Dr. Foster has done nothing to help my family. I will be filing a complaint with the AMA. She refused to sign the necessary paperwork for my husband to get paid while on medical leave for his company while he is participating in physical therapy for 2 herniated discs- going against the advice of his spinal doctor and his physical therapist. We chose her for a primary doctor for help and unfortunately we chose wrong.

Office staff is incredibly rude. Scheduling confirmed that I have valid Blue Cross coverage and would not schedule an appointment despite their claims of accepting new patients. English is not the primary language of this office. If the doctor has their staff doing this, what sort of lack of attention will you receive from the doctor.

I personally felt she was too busy to acknowledge and make any type of warming contact with patient my daughter or even introduce herself to me since I happen to be in the examining room while she was examining my daughter. I had never been to a doctors office where the doctor seem to have no interest on her patients. I personally will never go back to her office. Front desk receptionist were courteous.

Even from the first moment my mother and I met Dr. Foster she was attentive and courteous. She takes the time to listen to the patient and does not rush you in and out. This may make her run behind a little but it is well worth it to have a doctor who cares enough about you to actually listen to what you have to say.

Nurses and staff are efficient...Nurse follows up with issues and calls when she there's an issue. Doctor is super!! Fast at evaluating your problem and dealing with it she is up to date in technology with appt printouts of what was dealt with in appt. Clean office never a wait for appt either. I would recommend Dr. Foster!!

Real nice office and very clean but didn't return calls, had to keep telling them they called my emergency number instead of my number for messages and didn't explain things very well.

Dr. Foster always takes her time to listen when I have seen her for my appointments. She is kind and has a nice sense of humor/bedside manner. I never feel rushed and actually commented to my spouse how she is the first doctor I have seen that didn't make me feel rushed. I was quite shocked at how incredibly positive my experience was. I have seen her on two different occasions for different reasons. This office is close to my home and convenient to get in and out quickly (I've never waited long to see her.) I will happily go see her the next time I need to see a family doctor.
