Stay away.
Nice staff. Poor customer service sometimes. Unusual hours mid week making it hard to make some appointments due to lack of locations across town. I only recommend if you live close to a location.
INSURANCE PATIENTS BEWARE,Location collected a $20 copay from me for 5 months with the claims being denied.yet they still rendered services and collected a $20 copay they supposedly verified INSURANCE and treatment but obviously they did not.then they refused to treat me with out collecting the self pay charges of $250.i would never have begun treatment if I knew INSURANCE would not cover it.two calls to billing department left unreturned.called Location and asked to speak with an office manager.was told Michael would not speak to me since it's a billing issue.girls in the location are great treated me well,to bad they work for incompetent management.if I could give zero stars I would.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. My 7th year.
This was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. As a healthcare provider, I was extremely disappointed to see how this Low T center is being run. I made an appt online and when I came, the provider refused to see me over a technicality and said I need to come back. He did not tell me, the nurse(who didn’t know the situation) had to tell me. When I came back the next week they told me they made ANOTHER mistake and that I had to come back a third time. No explanation, just an “apology”. There was zero follow through and no one ever contacted me to see how things were going. Throughout my experience with this particular location, NO ONE asked me how I was doing or how my experience was going. Zero follow through. Zero professionalism. I’m sad and dissatisfied on how this location is being run. Zero stars. If you can go to another location, try it and see how much better it is. I am now going to another location further away from my house and it is night and day compared to the Woodlands location. I think that’s sad b/c there is a certain expectation with the Woodlands and I was sorely disappointed. Save your time/money/frustration and go somewhere else. Sub par location
Have been coming to this location for over 2 years now. Staff is always friendly and service is quick.
Extremely overpriced, I have been receiving replacement therapy from my GP for over three years. My average cost is less than $25 a month doing my own injections. This service is $250 a visit, if you go weekly that comes out to $1,000 a month! I contacted them because they specialized in low T replacement therapy, but I was put on hold repeatedly when I asked basic questions like "What is the normal range of testosterone for men"As per their reply: I was told by their staff it was $250 a week. My doctor runs by blood work often. You do not offer the safety of monitoring more than any other doctor. Don't cloud the water. Besides the ripoff cost, beware the lies.
I had testicular cancer in 2012 and solely rely on testosterone. After a short lived visits with our VA system, I started coming to Low T center. Always always good staff and knowledgeable. Thanks Low T or keeping me squared away and my levels good.
Service gets worse and worse. Moody nurses and incompetent office staff....Response to owner: not when front desk is the ones holding up processes. The desk is unmanned frequently and the amount of moto and attention to detail has gone downhill. It’s very much an “eh, whatever” mentality.
Staff is great, they remember who you are and makes think a lot faster and personal. Everyone is amazing.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
