So I’m here to get a Covid test. Front desk guy is not wearing a mask. The check in is so slow that if you don’t have Covid you will get it here. People coughing everywhere. Stay away

I got hurt at work and was sent here. I Walked in and was greeted by a really nice woman. She was doing my paper work and seated me while I waited the waiting room was super clean and made me feel safe. When I was sent into my room I was treated quickly everyone including the doctor were understanding and made me feel heard. Thank you soo much

Just went in to get checked out. I didn't have a mask on because me wearing a mask does not protect anyone. The lady at the front desk said to me while not wearing a mask that i need a mask but they don't have any so i need to get one. They said they know they don't protect anyone but they are requiring them anyway. So i could not be seen. What a joke.

Very pleased with the care I have received at Champions Next Level Urgent Care Location. This was my second visit to this location, and both visits the staff, nurses assistants, and Primary Care Nurses/Doctors have been friendly, professional, caring and thorough. I was able to get a same day appointment on a Saturday, and I received excellent care today for lower back trauma, which was a serious need and got me immediate needed treatment and relief. I highly recommend this Next Level location!

Harold was a wonderful MA and was both personal and you can tell he really loves what he does. He can make you laugh even through your anxiety! I didn't love the doctor or their manner, but it wasn't the worst either. The lady at the front desk was very sweet as well! I had an appointment and went back to a room almost immediately. I was in and out in an hour, even with a lobby full of people. I highly recommend making an appointment. The front desk staff and Harold will definitely make you feel welcomed!!

Made an appointment online, got a text to go there, and when we got there, they said it was going to be an hour or two.Went to America's ER instead and was seen in 10 minutes.Update: And of course they couldn't find me in their system which seems to be thier default answer for negative reviews. Which leads me to believe they either have a flawed system or they are being disingenuous.

I am VERY happy with out visit today. I am very happy I found this Urgent Care for my daughter. The nurse practitioner Issach M. was phenomenal and the process from check-in to leaving was so smooth! I will definitely be back (if need be) in the future. Thank you to ALL OF THE STAFF!!! You all made my visit phenomenal. I'm recommending you to EVERYONE!Medicaid is accepted here... just call to make sure your particular one is. My daughter has Texas Children's for all of the parents with that medicaid type. 🙂😉
